If instead of such needless games as to such problems as well needlessly, the aspects of which the responsibility actually was within the hands of the civilian recreational SCUBA Divers to make the correct choice of which they were supposed to schedule appointments for me to speak with officials as to after asking me specifically what was required as to such a point in time.
