New Jersey, SCUBA, & regulations oh my!

In reference to the ways which #SCUBA #SCUBADiving SCUBA Diving has not ever had any actual regulatory processes aside from the initial process to go through whichever program someone chooses to learn whatever educational level they go to in each circumstance, the facts that there have not been background check clearances to SCUBA Diving when knowing the facts that people are going to go into areas which are within areas that when on land the vehicle emissions tests required for the reference to naval vessels as well as submarines which are mandatory in various areas to keep the waters as clear as possible, why would there ever be a point in time especially as to the current point in time which any individual can go SCUBA Diving just as any individual can have a boat and go out onto the water to a degree? Why would it ever be considered as acceptable to have airplanes go through the additional factors of being within the aerial locations, yet SCUBA Diving as well as boats are allowed to freely move through the waters without having had various checks?

While within the areas of on land there are various tests and regulation manners of which to ensure the safety of people on land, how much more water is there compared to how much land is upon the earth? Why would there be as many regulations on land especially depending which area of the world someone lives such as #NJ #NewJersey #NJstate #NewJerseystate New Jersey as I grew up in with all such Democratic regulations, of which as I learned the majority of SCUBA divers just so happen to be Democrats and thus why would any SCUBA Diver ever have any problem with any such type of New Jersey regulations as to SCUBA Diving as well as boat travels and the like? With such patterns of behaviour as to their voting records over the years and decades, I would guesstimate there would not be a reason of which they would vote in such a manner for the full equality as to such as well as such regulations as to if there were not portions of which within the #DNC Democratic areas of the United States of America have been put into place in the ways such has. In turn why would any SCUBA Diver and why would any boat driver and/or rider ever have any problems with bringing forward regulations as to keeping the oceanic waterways safe, as how many of such SCUBA Divers know of and/or own a boat themselves? If someone enjoys SCUBA Diving and enjoys the water, would they care about the waterways being considered clear and healthy? As many SCUBA divers want coral reefs to grow, would they care about such protections as to the environment throughout all areas where the waters flow?

I have gone into the details as to my idea of the #SCUBADivePolice SCUBA Dive Police as well as I had given for a reference as to firearm safety as a warning, if in such reference to SCUBA Diving as to if you are not going to take care of situations properly then I will go in the ways of the New Jersey gun laws. Thus in reference to the ways which New Jersey gun laws are as to the background checks it takes to be able to begin the process to go through such, why would there ever be any allowances to any individual who wants to go out onto the waters of whether in reference to the oceanic salt waters and/or any such fresh waters? Why would any SUCBA diver have any problems as to making sure the safety regulations for the SCUBA Diving insurance be made easier to have such help and assistance, especially when such types of people who I once knew have yet to take care of the situations referencing my SCUBA Diving from such times within the year of 2009 having failed to ever have any such concern or care for anyone other than themselves as a second nature aspect of which with such a second nature as to failing to take care of as to knowing my depth levels as to how much I had done; if those people were not capable to take the time to review such in an honorable way to myself as well as to SCUBA Diving in the correct manners, why would anyone ever think such individuals should ever be allowed to be on a boat anywhere and/or be involved with SCUBA Diving?

If people are watched over and checked in the areas of the shorelines of beaches and yet SCUBA divers have not done their job correctly in reference to the instructor levels of SCUBA Diving and have proven such to this moment even still in the year of 2021 as they have not done anything which would be considered as actually getting my medical care taken care of correctly as per the ways which #WalterReed Walter Reed situations, why would anyone in the entire world ever want such types of people to ever be involved with SCUBA Diving within the waters of other countries?

As there are SCUBA Divers I once knew who had disobeyed my direct orders as when I told them not to go SCUBA Diving in the underground missile silo called Valhalla in the state of #TX #Texas #TXstsate #Texasstate Texas as to some of the details I brought forward already, when those people have repeatedly gone SCUBA Diving in the areas of Valhalla and have not completed such in the ways I told them was mandatory to be able to keep the waters within the state of Texas safe as well as the waters within the world safe; why would any of those SCUBA Divers ever be allowed to ever be involved with SCUBA Diving any further, as to any individual who through the technological aspects having yet to correctly take care of the situations as to making sure the correct choices are made of which as I have already brought such forward as to what I know would be beneficial as to myself as well as others though their failure to have done anything which would actually be beneficial for any individual as it is their failure as to such aspects to begin with since the year of 2009; why would any such individuals with any such direct connection or indirect connection to SCUBA Diving and/or boats and/or submarines ever be allowed to make any decisions to the waters, when they have proven their irresponsibility in multiple factors and ways?

As those people did not make a report or help me back in the time frame of August 2009 or realistically in truthful ways correctly as to getting such taken care of in Texas as to my SCUBA Diving in #Cancun Cancun/#Cozumel Cozumel as to as I told those people as to I had landed at the bottom of the ocean there, why would there ever be any responsibility viewed from any of those people in comparison to myself who had proved my own responsibilities repeatedly? What view points of which biases have I been accurate about as to the false accusations against me needlessly as to the realities of, and which stereotypes have been reviewed in such capacities as to what others have chosen to do is different than what I have chosen to do? Can anyone truthfully complain as to my seriousness about safety and protocols and yet truthfully ever accuse me of anything other than being protective, humble, serious, strict, Dominant, polite, caring, determined, and such attributes in such ways of my choices; and why would anyone who is intelligent ever complain about such attributes as an intelligent individual genuinely would see such as important in multiple factors I would guess, or am I the first person who ever wrote such strong combinations of words before I began my journal blog entry #TheOrneryPSA The Ornery PSA as I doubt that it takes a head injury to figure out or does it take a head injury to figure out what other people have chosen to post online as to such combinations of words and images and videos and etcetera?

What levels of which as a pilot aspects as to the amounts of SCUBA dives in a certain amount of time comparatively be of importance to anyone in the world, as to the factors of which why would anyone think they would ever be intelligent enough to correctly make any such decisions if they themselves did not know in detail as to the differences between the mental health levels of people who have not gone through what is of importance prior to SCUBA Diving as to any such wishes regarding myself as to my return and involvement? If such other SCUBA Divers have been in the way of my medical care, where have their responsibilities been proven as to what levels of what they can take care of correctly?

Everything must be within a certain level of accuracy as to the amount of waters, there must be a minimum of 95% perfection as to each and every portion within their lives and/or within reason of ability to correctly explain themselves accurately as to such situations. If there has not been such capability from any such SCUBA diver type and/or connected individual, then why would the most important areas of the earth such as the oceanic waters and fresh water areas ever be considered to be treated the ways such has by those people who would not pass a class I would ever teach as the facts those people have yet to ever get anything correct in such references upon my return to the state of Texas has proven their incapability of such intelligence levels as to prove the facts of it being 10 years upon my return. Thus if any individuals within the SCUBA diving community had made any comments about not knowing it had been 10 years in the year of 2019 when I went to the Clear Springs SCUBA Diving Park in the year of 2019, why would any of those individuals ever be allowed to ever have anything to do with any portions of the waters of any type as to the lack of their ability to do math?

What is the distance in time from the year of August 2009 to August 2019, in the year format?

If there is not one SCUBA Diver within the timeframe of when I was in #Terrell #TerrellTX #TerrellTexas #Terel #TerelTX #TerelTexas Terrell Texas at the #ClearSpringsSCUBAPark Clear Springs SCUBA Park as to the failures as to what is supposed to be considered as an adult consenting lifestyle as to SCUBA Diving, why would any such individuals ever think they were ever going to be good enough to ever go through with my creation of my Underwater Wedding when they did not ever get my permission for such and why would anyone ever think that trying to bully me through ostracizing would ever be considered as acceptable to the SCUBA Diving aspects of such supposed consenting adult lifestyle portions of which does it take a head injury to figure out why the mandatory aspects of getting my permission before such a usage would fully determine the realities of how such regulations would in turn be? Why would it take a head injury to figure out anyone who would wish to blame me wrongly for what another person lied about as to any such portions about me would be the only person and/or people to blame for their choices to falsely make statements about me, and does it take a head injury to figure out Excalibur Faire as to the false accusations as to what lengths I will go to ensure my protections and my safety as well as the sanctity of my work? Did it take a head injury to figure out there is not any way for me to ever allow such without certain protocols being met as to what would ever be considered as a legal and spiritual marriage to either one of my son and/or my daughter, or did that take a head injury to figure out as to my aspects which I already explained as well as wrote about?

There has not ever been any interest in revisiting the aspects as to which beyond clearing the air to move onward though I would guesstimate such an assumption of those types of people as to when I returned to the state of Texas of their wishes it was ever for them, whereas it was not ever in any such ways for those people or for them.

I returned only to clear the air as to such situations and when I was done after such portions and had realized other aspects thereof as to the ways which the situations were within the political aspects, I refused to be a part of such and withdrew myself out from the area of the state of Texas until the time when I could finally get the transfer out of the state of Texas because of the ways of such combinations thereof. I cleared every aspect I needed to, people made the choices they made, the lack of any such return contact was whatever it was, and I did not see any need to ever be involved with such aspects ever again as to such individuals I once had known as I had guesstimated as to others who had not the wherewithal or the intelligence or the maturity to speak with me in person at any such point in time as to having been in the area and being known for what I physically look as with the combination of what occurred during my Medal of Honor Art Project trips as to the ways such situations had occurred in reference to my book “The Modern Day Book By: Reverend Susan MeeLing” as to the situations of which for me to personally be comfortable in truth would be of extreme importance as to what I personally know for myself as comfort in comparisons to what has hypothetically been assumed.
