Does it take a head injury to figure out if at the time of September and October 2009 the individual SCUBA Diving Instructor Richard Troute similarly to all other SCUBA Diving certifications as to any individual who was not officially certified as to any of the individual specialty SCUBA Diving certification cards would in turn mean that because of the grades which were officially posted in reference to the individual SCUBA Diving Instructors in turn would mean because of my Reiki Master/Teacher Level III as well as my Ordained Reverenship aspects would mean that my name in official standards should be on my own PADI SCUBA Diving certification cards for each individual SCUBA Diving certification specialty thereof which I personally earned as those individuals would technically be assistant SCUBA Diving Instructors in comparison to the aspects thereof which in turn by such technicalities would make me a SCUBA Diving Instructor by proxy by all legal standards thereof to which PADI would legally be able to issue me a SCUBA Diving Instructor certification card arrangement immediately as to such realities if the total number of found SCUBA Diving certifications I earned by the assistant instructors watching over and supervising such SCUBA Diving certification course classes would mean I officially would have earned by the levels of required work for such aspects as to my SCUBA Diving certification specialties and all such recorded portions thereof as to my own way of earning either as a SCUBA Diving Instructor and/or SCUBA Diving Master certifications as to the specifics thereof and such certification cards associated with should officially be generated as to the year of which the day of what would have been within such reasons as to the levels thereof to such legal references for the ability for such a set of certifications and certification cards associated in the year of 2009 for such aspects in the official contexts thereof?
