As I have discussed and written about a multitude of aspects in reference to McCoy Elementary School, Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District, the Special Needs Education, as well as the Fort Worth Zoo in regards to my daughter; I admit I had typed up a letter which I sent to the three females who were a part of the field trip to inform those females I was going to take what they had written in response to their failures as chaperones, to bring forward to the biggest court I possibly could. While those three females who chose to ignore the needs of my daughter while also the teacher Ms. Tamara Hatcher had refused to allow me to go as a chaperone on the field trip in April of 2010 after over a year of my daughter being denied Special Needs education as the Guidance Counselor Angela Reiter had denied my daughter Special Needs Education, after informing the school district formally when addressing them in their May 2010 board meeting of my process to move forward with such aspects and their choice to say the Our Father prayer instead of or in conjunction with the Pledge of Allegiance. However since I learned recently of public schools in the state of Texas having that as an additional pledge said and taught, and at that meeting did not have that pledge said during the board meeting either.
Nonetheless if there is anyone in the Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District, McCoy Elementary School, the staff thereof, and/or the three females who were in charge of chaperoning 6 or 9 children including my daughter in that group who lost track of my daughter were upset I had given them all a warning of my choice to progress forward to do everything I possibly could for not only my daughter and my son though for all who would need to be informed of to ensure the safety of their children; I do not regret doing what I could to inform as many people as possible to ensure other parents and guardians who could do what they needed to prevent what occurred to my daughter, my son, and I especially in reference to military/law enforcement/fire department/EMS parents and guardians. If there were more who were able to prevent what occurred to my children and I to their children, that in my opinion is a good thing.
If those three female chaperones felt as though I was overbearing through sending a letter to their home as per the addresses in the published book given to me by another parent in the school, I legally had the right to be able to inform of such as well as that was the proper thing to do for such as the school and the school district already knew; which I felt it was such needed, for their own information as to what was going to occur in the long term. Where the school and the district had their lawyers who were prepared to fight against me despite knowing they were in the wrong, I thought such was a kind choice to inform the three females of what was to come in brief was a good faith gesture as to a multitude of portions as the school and the district were not going to protect those females from what was done wrong because of the staff members not doing their jobs correctly.
Aside from that portion additionally the fact my daughter was successfully put into #SpecialNeedsEducation within less than three months after the #FortWorthZoo incident in the location of the hospital in #MerrillHill in the state of #Texas, which could have been accomplished within the first three months by McCoy Elementary School in Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District in 2008 as well as in 2009 before April of 2010 which I had requested previously for that amount of time compared to the time of when the field trip occurred in April of 2010. If such in reference to the three chaperones who lost my daughter then truthfully had no cover in reference to what occurred in regards of the Fort Worth Zoo field trip, because of the way the system had been. Not forgetting I had contacted the Fort Worth Police as well as the Carrollton Police, which each told me there was nothing they were able to do to assist my daughter or I in that situation.
Thus after the meetings with Principal Dawn Rink, Vice Principal McGloughlin, and the teacher Ms. Tamara Hatcher prior to the meeting with the board members of Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District both in reference to the private meeting as well as the board meeting; the portions of which the choices were as they were, thus while the three female chaperones did lose my daughter that does not change the facts in regards of the staff and the school district. While watching and listening to #VigilanceElite episode of the "#NavySEAL debates liberal on defunding the Police" while paying attention to different specific details, there were different situations which though not related specifically to the situation in regards of my daughter though in reference to the way certain aspects go; there are the portions of which when the need to hold individuals and groups accountable for their actions, the portions of which need to be found where such stems from. In regards of the after effects from the situation in regards of the Fort Worth Zoo and the times my daughter was in and out of the different hospitals afterwards, there were portions of which I stood in between the police of different places and when my daughter had disarmed as well as tried to disarm police officers of different kinds. As the Navy SEAL points out the facts in reference to a civilian who disarmed a police officer from the taser such reminded me of the point which my daughter had disarmed an MP, which after the entire situation which had lead up to that point; I made the decision to jump on top of my daughter who had her finger on the trigger of the #Glock and the barrel of that firearm went into my stomach as she continued to pull the trigger repeatedly, which apparently surprised a few individuals in the hospital. After my daughter was pinned down and I was able to remove the firearm from her hands to take to hand to whichever military individual who thankfully understood I was helping as I handed the firearm with the barrel pointed at my back where the soldier was able to grab the handle before the different medics and personnel took her to be in the necessary room. I had written years ago that if a situation occurred such as in this particular reference in which it was mandatory to deal with of which I would have allowed my daughter to kill me the Glock situation had been the point of which I suppose there are those who could see and know at that moment, yes that had killed me to have to do so.
I have a feeling there are those who understand what it was to jump without a second thought onto such, though the amount of those who survived that sort of aspects I guesstimate there are several that understand in more details of the internal struggle daily which occurs when wrestling with the situation in thoughts at random moments; albeit in a different context I would guesstimate, I am fairly certain that particular group of individuals who would understand in more detail is a specifically smaller number because of the survival rate. I suppose I can make a joke in reference to the irony of being lucky enough to meet an individual named Leroy Petry who had survived such a type of situation, and having been given a coin from such an individual which I still have and take with me of course. That coin is the closest I have had in reference to earning the equivalent of what would be considered as a medal, though I have had multiple coins from various ranks which when moving back to Texas from Washington state there were situations which I had to do as necessary at the point of for the move in a larger aspect.
Though each rank in reference to coins ironically when looking towards my Medal of Honor Art Project, had been throughout different Medal of Honor guys of the artwork pieces I had completed. Nonetheless the portions of which having to jump on top of the loaded pistol to hope and learned it was understood when returning the pistol as needed to the military personnel, I was and am not a threat. While I wish my son did not have to see that as wished my daughter had left me with another choice, in the overall sort of way. If the situation were having to be done over I honestly cannot think of a different portion which I could have done, which would have been a better outcome overall. I doubt others could think of such in some ways, either.
Why would I jump on top of my daughter holding the firearm and pointing around randomly, some might wonder? Especially with as many military personnel on post, might be pondered in comparison to the training they had compared to myself having not graduated Basic Training; which I can understand why such may be of confusion, though it made sense to me at the time as well as now. That was my daughter who was holding that military police officer's firearm and if those soldiers had or had not been overseas was not what made the difference, it was the portion of which if a shot would have been fired at that moment; such would have completely changed so much more, without the ability for the time required for the betterment for understanding. I did not want the military to have to shoot anyone especially a child in the United States of America and my daughter having disarmed a military police officer if anyone was going to be shot, I had to be willing to proverbially take the bullet(s) if necessary. Not to come across as some sort of complex just simply because of the regards of knowing what such could have done to whomever would have had to make the decision for, as they had already dealt with enough.
Later events when my daughter was being admitted into the Nix Unit and there were three police officers from San Antonio with someone they were having admitted, my daughter was roaming around the area closer to the police officers. In the video from Vigilance Elite there is that discussion point of the police officer being disarmed from the taser as I previously wrote of, which in such situation later in regards of the Nix Unit; I warned the officers of the situation prior to on the post which in such, initially I was ignored by the group. However it seemed as one had listened to that warning at the time briefly and when I could not move fast enough to stop my daughter from reaching for the firearm in the belt of that police officer, the one who listened briefly put his hand over that other officer's firearm as I grabbed my daughter to pull her away from the police officer.
If one were to look back towards my childhood and what I stood up for in various ways, there would be the irony of the way I had earned the path to meet Governor Christine Todd Whitman was through the ocean contest and award. The additional irony would be when I had been returned to the group after I went through the capital to look around as I had of the portions in reference to the question each were able to ask, and my question had to do with the aspects of mental health. The ocean poster contest had been to bring awareness to the needs of the assistance to the ocean of which the irony of course in regards of my SCUBA Diving and training I put myself through, which one half of the ocean poster I made with pastels had been of the dirty portion and the other half had been after figuring a way to clean up the ocean what the areas would look similar to.
Ironically I figured a way to do so as I had been thinking about such in a multitude of ways and while if some may have wrongfully feared that without the ability to see my children the same way again after a SCUBA Dive as per portions of, I have said and written of only always having a safe descent and ascent for each and every SCUBA Dive as hopefully an understanding from the knowledge of my seriousness for such; hence the portions of healing myself as I had, in reference to the two different times for the one set of Vandenberg SCUBA Dives to ensure the ability to always be able to complete a safe descent and safe ascent throughout and for each and every SCUBA Dive I had and would go on. Despite the tentacle situation I still had a safe set of those particular SCUBA Dives, and not only because I had survived but also because of being stronger from the situations which occurred as I guesstimate some may have figured out. The other irony in reference to the aspects of the mental health portions question at the time in the current state of affairs which at that time in 1996, had not been as widely paid attention to in the ways which such is known more about now. Dream big, right? While working on specific portions of the realities of which I explained of my nightmare I had also worked on figuring out, a multitude of other aspects which needed to be worked on for the better.
There are many warnings I have given not as a threat though as a group of precautionary measures, and though I heard the Navy SEAL point out the reality of certain locations within the United States of America being similar to a warzone; if police officers are not being trained properly as needed for the various situations and scenarios, what occurs then is one of a few options. First option which was seen how such went, is what occurred in the Seattle Washington area in reference to Chaz/Chop. That as the Navy SEAL pointed out in an overall sort of way, that situation in Seattle Washington did not go nor end well for those who started such and were involved as they were. Thus that going on throughout the entirety of the United States of America or even in some select cities and areas, is not a good option realistically. A different option is the military branches are prepared and ready for deployment to ensure if there is any insurrections, the martial law or military presence is put on and if situations are handled correctly then the return to what would later be considered as normal life would be as such as best as possible. As a quick side note as soon as there is the term of military presence and possibly I am weird for thinking as I do, I automatically see such as the equivalent of martial law although knowing military presence does not always mean such. It may be an odd view, though that is how I have seen such for a long time. However another option is police are correctly trained and the time is actually spent training them as genuinely needed in comparison to only getting equipment which the equipment is useless if they are not trained properly, as many would know and understand with the ability to comprehend the outcomes thereof. Though in the second scenario of options does give the necessary equipment available and purchased by those cities and states to those who are trained in reference to the martial law portions or military presence in all various places, to fully be ready to go. Even if such pieces are sitting and collecting dust in whatever location if there were to be an insurrection and/or martial law or military presence, the military would already know where to go for such supplies and be fully prepared to handle what was needed and required. At minimum I would guesstimate plenty of individuals could know and understand, my reference points in such.
One oddity which I cannot comprehend is how people had not paid attention to and/or simply possibly forgot the situation in reference to Hurricane Katrina and the martial law or if the prettier and fluffy words of military presence are preferred then what-have-you on that which was enacted, and how the rioting and looting has not been a situation in Louisiana specifically #NewOrleans since. While I know many were moved out of the location and taken elsewhere, there are those who stayed and/or returned to the area and have not had the same situations since.
