Admittedly I have not looked into the materials used nor have specific experience in such, for a clarification; however in reference to those of the #ArmyCorpsofEngineers who would have such access along with the local officials of the region in conjunction with the #EcologyDepartment and others of such levels of experienced studies of; if the materials which were used are still available to look into for the spill which occurred, possibly you will be able to find more details in regards of the construction portions for the responsibility aspects. However the Native Americans of the region were correct in protesting such going underneath the water, as there is that reference in regards of the Swiss Cheese land aspects for a physical view for such.
As a side note many years ago when I was a child there was a movie Joe/Jose Castro my babysitter's husband was watching that I had Faery-ninjaed my way to see, and I got in trouble for doing so as I was not allowed to watch movies above a certain rating. I do not know the name of the movie though what I remember from it was there was a line of people who were only allowed to get one gallon of water at a time and there were armed guards protecting the water supply, which was the only clean water supply for miles in that movie. Honestly that is the only portion I remember though I know I was able to watch longer back then, though another time I had Faery-ninjaed my way to see what he was watching; which the only thing I can recall, is there were a bunch of teenagers or young adults running around large fires going after someone who had the ring for the answers while fighting against the ones protecting the one who had the ring for. Again, I cannot remember much more than those points of reference though possibly there are some who know which I am referring to. I cannot remember how old I was though I know it was some time in the late 1980s or early 1990s, though I do not know if he was watching it on a channel on television or if he was watching a VHS; though he also could have been watching a DVD, because of the employment he had at the time. There is a point to remember and keep in mind that I was able to play the video game #MortalKombat in the late 1980s at their house, as well as #SonictheHedgehog on the #SegaGenesis around the same time and prior to the movie the #LionKing coming out in theaters I was able to play that game before the commercials ever began for the movie. Additionally, Joe/Jose in specific knew both my Grandfather on my maternal side as well as my Bok Gung and Bok Pu on my paternal side. There is #EO, there is #IG, and there are those as when going up the #ChainofCommand which do what they can for in many ways and will stand along side without hesitation to ensure the betterment of the circumstances where possible. In the other view in reference to law enforcement unions and other unions in the civilian sector, I have sadly seen the opposite. For one example in reference to the Police Officer in #Missouri during the #Ferguson situation, how many stood along side of that police officer? How many turned to the side pretending not to see something while there were those who did stand up and saw something, and stood for the correct outcome? I cannot be the only one who did so instantly, despite at the time of living in the #Washington state area; though if I was, I am glad to know there are more who have begun paying more attention to various aspects in various ways across the board. Though in reference to both military and law enforcement in regards of the amount of time to clarify situations for more understanding, certain aspects do take time for the realizations for the needed comprehension. If there had not been so many false reporting previously the confusion would not be as rampant and leading to various aspects of in a larger way, when thinking about the overall aspects of.
However in respects of the impact seen in reference of the animals washing upon the shoreline of the coast of the Gulf of Mexico in conjunction with the smells in reference to the chemical output, in addition to the taste in the area when walking around certain areas and the feeling of what went onto my skin when getting out of my car to walk around; possibly the portions of the reviewal of the requirements to go through the lands of the United States of America in reference to the Keystone Pipeline is important, for a more in depth look at. I wonder if there is a bit of backwash that is occurring because of the flow situations, as well.
