This is in reference to the state of #Georgia though specifically in #Macon which may need some clarification beyond what I had tweeted last night though had written up not realizing in full; similarly to the aspects for #CactusJack AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall of which I said "I hope you are found guilty and prosecuted for being a terrorist" to Cactus Jack; I had told Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen "I hope there is a day you are prosecuted and convicted, because what you told me sounds like attempted murder." My ex-sister-in-law Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen had told me, 'you just can't take a joke, its funny what happened'. Similarly I told her sister Susie (legal name Susan) Marie (maiden last name: Nichols) Lopez of the #fortWorth area of #Texas, "I hope you are prosecuted and convicted of forgery and whatever other legal term for theft", in reference to what I am about to write. However again in reference to prior aspects in specific of my first two books which I had sent to as well as personally delivered to various law enforcement agencies, I had not realized how true certain points may have been. I had known there are a lot more laws in this era and I understood there were reasons for, but I had not realized how I may have been far more accurate than I realized. I do apologize in advance in this writing but I also do apologize for not knowing of who to contact back then, when I was initially told of. Though I know there are not the statute of limitations for certain crimes, I am guesstimating those individuals had not changed their ways and/or worsened and thus; the prosecution is able to go forward, and I guesstimate there is enough evidence for those to be found guilty for such.
Irony.
In reference to Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen, I had met her just before her husband David Osteen was going to attend Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base of #JBSA in either the end of 2000 or the beginning of 2001; though again just before his graduation for Basic Training in the middle of 2001. I had written of the point which I had lost my military identification card on Lackland Air Force Base when Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen, her daughter Sondra Marie Osteen (a teenager at the time in high school), and Ariel Marie Osteen (either in the latter part of elementary school or in middle school) had thought it was funny after getting onto Lackland Air Force Base that I could not find my military identification card; and the Braxton Hicks labor pains began while I was searching for my identification card. I also wrote about the fact Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen had told me ;you can get a new one afterwards, its no big deal.' However that did not feel to be a good thing, and the Braxton Hicks labor pains worsened, despite what I tried to do to calm myself from the pains as well as the Braxton Hicks. Eventually I did get a new military identification card, however I felt though Mary had been the one who stole it back then. Irony since her sister Susie (legal name Susan) Marie Nichols-Lopez (the other female who spoke with #mysa #SanAntonioExpressNews about her brother/spiritual husband and my dead-ex0husband's death at the #WarriorTransitionUnit in 2008 had stolen her daughter's identity to get power in the rental places lived in; though Susie Marie Nichols-Lopez could not get an insurance license approved because of what she had done to herself nor could she use someone else's identity for that insurance license approval later in I think 2009 or 2010.
Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen had told me as well as others in front of me on different occasions in Fort Worth Texas as well San Antonio Texas and in Macon Georgia of two separate times, when she as I thought had illegally pulled out a firearm. The first time she did so was when a male's car had broken down in front of the house she and David were renting in Macon Georgia which the male had knocked on the door, asking to use the phone to call for help. Mary invited him inside of the house to let him use the phone, but then pulled out a firearm and kept it pointed at his head from what she told me. Mary said she told the male she was going to keep the firearm pointed at his head throughout the time he spoke on the phone, because she did not know what he was going to do. She said he quickly made a few phone calls trying to get help for himself and his vehicle, before giving up and leaving the house. I did not and do not blame him as a side note, as that seemed quite a bit much and overdramatic. I asked her if she had a cordless phone he could have used, and she told me it was not important enough to let him do that,
The second time Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen had pulled out a firearm in what seemed to be overdramatic and ridiculous when she explained such to me as well as others in front of me though I guesstimate there were other people she had told such to who would agree; had been in Macon Georgia as well, nearby that rental house in Macon Georgia. Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen said she allowed her Bloodhound dog named Elvis to stay outside on the front porch, which one day she went out front to see him gone. She said she heard the sound of a Bloodhound Dog in a nearby house and when I asked "Don't all Bloodhound Dogs have a similar bark and howl?"; she told me that was not important. When she continued with explaining, she said she had gone to the house with the sounds of the dog. Then she said she argued with the maleof the house who had told her the dog in his house, was his dog.
When he refused to let her see the dog Mary Evongelina (maiden last name: Nichols) Osteen had said she went back to her house, taken out a revolver firearm, returned to the male's house, and when he opened the door she had the firearm aimed at his face. She demanded he give her the dog, and then left with the dog. When I asked "Did you verify that was your dog, and Elvis had not just run off somewhere else instead of staying on the front porch? Maybe he smelled something nearby and went, and instead you caused a problem needlessly." and Mary to me ' that wasn't the important part, the important part is I got the dog.' I said "I hope you are charged and convicted of that crime and all other crimes, because it sounds though you needlessly did that. It sounds like you stole his dog, your threatened him at gun point, and you broke a bunch of laws." However I was told I was being overdramatic, in my response.
Though I have previously written and discussed the aspects of Susie (legal name Susan) Marie Nichols-Lopez, I had not remembered previously of the points written of earlier in reference to the news article in the San Antonio Express News. However I also wanted to add in reference to the artist who had completed a painting for my son and daughter which my son had been the only one who attended, I was not the person who contacted him about the artwork. Susie (legal name: Susan) Marie Nichols-Lopez had told me after she had arranged to meet him in #Arizona for a conference about the ceremony; which was the first time I had learned of the art being done. I had leant her my KIA Sedona white mini van to take everyone out to the area though she was mad I would not let her use my GPS, while she was out there with my son. I was taking care of my daughter as to what occurred at the #FortWorthZoo by that point because of #McCoyElementarySchool in #Carrollton #Texas, as she was in #DentonBehavioralHealth in #Denton #Texas, and I needed to be there for her as much as I could; as it was just a few weeks before she was transferred to the residential treatment center near #CedarPark and #Austin Texas. I had not defrauded that artist, nor had I contacted him in reference to the art project he was doing; as I did not know about that until much later as I said and wrote.
In a different reference to such, she had not had my permission as she knew; but was mad at me for not being okay with her contacting the artist to do the work without my permission. My children were never given the pieces he had made anyway, as Susie Marie Nichols-Lopez had kept them for herself and her mom. I guesstimate it was because she had wanted 15 minutes of fame which she got and when I had told her such she got mad asking me 'What's wrong with that?' and I said "If I am going to be famous, I want that similar to the opposite of the Queen for a Year. I want that permanently, with all the royalties which go along with. 15 minutes is less than the muscle it takes to begin to blink an eye, I want that to last in the best possible way."
Again, irony.
