There was a point in which since returning to the state of #Texas which I had woken up in after my head injury on Psalm Sunday in 2000 to then be put into the Medical Hold Unit prior to the name change, to #WTU Warrior Transition Unit; of which I had spoken with the #CID Criminal Investigation Department upon my return in 2019, in reference to an individual identified and named as Sergeant Baber. I had to identify him as him in reference to what occurred in regards of an assault situation upon my return of which I had not understood of the aspects of at the time, as when I was in Medical Hold Unit I had not learned those words to explain what was occurring as the after effects from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury I had to relearn even the most simplistic of words. As I had to be retaught the names for colors as well as how to count despite the oddities of knowing other situational aspects, such portions of what occurred to explain were not as easily describable for me at the time.
As there had also been the situation in reference to the rave I had attended when in Medical Hold Unit and the situation which had lead to my hospitalization during the event itself after being given Advil labeled pills which were supposed to help my pain and then later on given pills which looked like tulips that tasted similar to grape flintstone chewable vitamins, few at the time in Medical Hold Unit believed I was telling the truth. I was questioned by CID back then for such as well as a few other times for several other situations which had occurred, as there were several situations occurring throughout the unit which needed to be addressed. Within the timeframe of when I first arrived to Fort Sam Houston after waking up from the coma and convalescent leave to be stationed in Medical Hold Unit in 2000, looking back now in 2020 I can remember a few different times having been in the CID office before my release on #TDRL Temporary Retirement Duty Leave.
The first time I had been in the CID office in 2000 was shortly before the time of the rave and the hospitalization from, as I had found a yellow piece of paper which had invited people to join the Special Forces. I was ecstatic and as I had been wanting to and wishing for the ability to return to Basic Training, I thought I would be able to do so. That of course was after beginning to make coffee in the area of the orderly rooms on Stanley Road, which the individuals in Medical Hold Unit told me it was impossible for a female to be in Special Forces; while reminding me of the aspects in reference to Basic Training, and having not fully finished before my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury. Shortly after finding the piece of paper and discussing such with great excitement to be a part of Special Forces and the discussion afterwards, I was greeted in the orderly room for Medical Hold Unit by two male CID agents. I remember walking into the room to inform the orderly room individuals I was going to make coffee when I was told there were two officers who wanted to speak with me, which I was able to make coffee for everyone before leaving to go to CID. I was driven to the office to speak with the officers and the questions which occurred were, what they were.
The second time I went to CID in 2000 was after the situation in reference to the rave, as the officers wanted to know what occurred and why I was hospitalized. They asked me about the pills I wrote of in this journal blog entry, and as I had already been told of the amount of drugs within my system and the levels of; I asked multiple questions in reference to the levels, as well as the validity of while answering the questions from the officers. The third time I spoke with the CID agents had been after the Article 15 I received, which had been in reference to the having alcohol before being 21 years old. I had told the agents as well as the orderly room staff in Medical Hold Unit I had not known beer to be alcohol, though meade to be of such; while also not knowing there was an age restriction, for such. I had explained the situation in reference to Jolliff and Webker who had taken me to the #Hooters nearby to the Fort Sam Houston base in one of them who owned a #Ford #Mustang vehicle. I had told the CID agents about a female named Maria Brown in the student area of the same building Medical Hold Unit was in, as she had told me she too had been assaulted and given alcohol by Jolliff and Webker at the time I had told her about such; also saying in comparison to what occurred to me, she had a train run on her after the alcohol incident. It was not until 2016 when I learned what the term train meant, as I simply thought of a locomotive form of transportation.
The third and final time I had been in the CID office in 2000 to speak with the agent officers when I was in Medical Hold Unit had been in reference to what had occurred in regards of my assigned roommate a female who was from the #Houston area of #Texas who had a green #Honda #Civic, being chapter 13ed out of the Army branch of the United States of America's Armed Forces as she had been an escort prior to joining and had met up with her madam who she worked for at a Jim's Restaurant nearby to Fort Sam Houston #JBSA. As Specialist Carollton a male with blonde hair who had recently transferred to Medical Hold Unit at the time was attempting to sell cocaine to the soldiers on post and not knowing what such was, I asked the CID officers about the aspect of without any answer to at the time.
Though I had been interrogated later through the situation because of what occurred in reference to my dead-ex-husband through CID in 2008, I did not recall the prior aspects when the agents from CID and I had spoken.
In reference to Maria Brown who later began dating Sergeant Baber after the situation which the Article 15 had been arranged, she had been extremely upset with the fact of the assignment. Though they had dated as well as if I am correct the two had gotten married after the situations which occurred, of which CID at the time in 2000 had spoken with her about a situation in reference to another two males in reference to Jolliff and Webker as written and stated prior in this journal blog entry. As Webker had pounded on the door to my room in the barracks and I had told the Medical Hold Unit about as I also heard females from the area walking by him as he yelled to the door because Jolliff had been reassigned to another base, I was blamed for Jolliff's reassignment compared to the aspects in reference to the investigation being done in both aspects; though possibly more in comparison, especially at this point.
Marie had gotten pregnant with Sergeant Baber's child and had a miscarriage upon the delivery, which she was forced to hold the baby and then took a picture of the deceased body. Sergeant Baber said Maria went a bit off of the deep end for what occurred and as I was pregnant with my son, she seemed a bit eager to discuss certain aspects in reference to. Though I understand the loss of a child being a situation which causes emotional upheaval, the portion of which to take out such aggravations upon another pregnant female is not the way to find closure nor healing. A different soldier from Medical Hold Unit either Specialist or Corporal Nesbitt had met a female when he was in Medical Hold Unit and she too was a student, which she had gotten pregnant with his child and they had gotten married as well. When that female as well as my now dead-ex-husband had found out Nesbitt and I had spent some time together after a trip back from Mexico which I did not get in trouble for thankfully, both of them became enraged finding out such circumstances. Later shortly before 2006 there was a phone call from Nesbitt as he was reactivated, shortly before the aspects of which my now dead-ex-husband had returned to the Army branch and the situations and problems written of after discussing thereafter from such.
During such times in 2005 in reference to Cactus Jack AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr who had been involved with WWII reenactments on the German side as he said 'someone has to play the bad guy' of which he did not like my response of "so the good ones can and will prevail", which later dealing with the conversations in reference to other aspects at the time. Since Cactus Jack preferred authentic gear for such and as he was arrested for the aspects in reference to the 151 Road Warriors because of the #MadMax movie actor going to the #AlamoDrafthouse on 410 and 151 for driving vehicles similar to the movie around the 1604 Anderson Loop to encompass the 5 military bases of #MilitaryCityUSA as San Antonio is also known as, after he and several others volunteered to be arrested he then fought in court to get the authentic German WWII regalia back from the seizure.
I wrote of a specific portion in regards to the lawyer's words which had occurred in reference to the e-tool which had been the only piece which was returned to Cactus Jack, as the Judge for the case had made a comment saying something about burying dead bodies. The lawyer for defending had asked "Is it illegal to bury dead bodies", which was the only portion I thought was amusing mainly because of the reality of such caretakers aspects; though not in the slightest reference to the portions in reference to the 151 Road Warriors and what they did during the #FiestaSanAntonio #FiestaTexas situation.
After the death of my now dead-ex-husband of which when he was alive there was a group of articles of clothing which I was infuriated seeing, and later learned they were uniforms from other countries. I dealt with the conversations until the articles of clothing were moved to the back of the closet out of my sight, as each time I saw the articles of clothing I was increasingly angered.
* A blue and white striped tank top style t shirt which had a long area of cloth for the torso
* A pair of pants which were not any United States of America's Armed Forces cammo I had ever seen
* A BDU equivalent style of jacket with cammo which was not a cammo I had seen for any Army branch of the United States of America's Armed Forces uniform though different from the pants
* One set of what looked similar to BDU style uniform which was the jacket and the pants though again, a cammo pattern which did not resemble any branch of the United States of America's Armed Forces that I had seen before
* A waist high pair of bottoms with feet boots with suspenders which were not hunting cammo and were similar to gortex material, again not of a military cammo pattern I have seen for any uniform of the United States of America's Armed Forces
Cactus Jack was shown the gear which his eyes lit up with excitement when he was shown by my dead-ex-husband, which infuriated me further. Though it was known of the problems in reference to my feelings about such gear within the compounds of my house in San Antonio, few paid attention to my concerns about such at the time. When Cactus Jack was shown the gear and the excitement overcame, the two discussed many portions in reference to the regalia; which was just before the dress blues situation, of which later in 2008 learning of the stolen valor on that uniform.
As just before the CID interrogation in 2008 occurred, I had already said I was planning to take the gear onto the post to give over to the MP station; or at minimum ask, who I should take such to. Instead of being able to do so as the Monday following the funeral and the situation with the Chief Warrant Officer 3, my plans were not able to occur at the time. In my opinion I guesstimate is when Cactus Jack had taken the pieces of those uniforms to put in a location to later use, though I do not have such proof; however if he remained as he was when I knew him, most likely the first chance he had to take pictures in such gear he took the opportunity to do so. As the death of my who is known as my dead-ex-husband occurred and well before then, Cactus Jack's friend who briefly lived in my house in San Antonio Texas who was a part of a drug trial for research was told about the way the relationship was forced upon; though so were many other people, including Cactus Jack's younger brother Jeremy Kuykendall who became an officer in the Army branch of the United States of America's Armed Forces, their little sister Rachael Kuykendall who married a United States of America's Marine after getting pregnant with his child who had been given a k-bar with the inscription of "front towards enemy" on the blade which though amusing the purpose behind the engraving was not as good as the inscription itself, and their parents. The mom worked for Northside ISD as a bus driving dispatcher and the dad worked as a mechanic-ish, who started selling spoilers for speeding types of vehicles for races. All had been involved in their own ways in reference to the 151 Road Warriors situation, in reference to the MadMax event.
The mom who worked at Northside ISD as a bus driver dispatcher after having been a bus driver herself, had given some of the radios to Cactus Jack and his group. The dad had found out who would be moonlighting from the San Antonio Police Department, as well as contacted a friend for the lawyer aspect. Rachael had assisted with recruiting certain people to be a part of, and Jeremy Kuykendall had been one of the individuals who volunteered to be arrested when the San Antonio Police Officers #SAPD had met the group at the 410 and 151 Alamo Drafthouse location. The situation began only because of Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr getting the nickname of Cactus Jack during a field exercise in #ROTC with the #UTSA college and since one of the individuals had been from where he went to high school at Lee High School the one which Cactus Jack said the NAACP had fought to remove the Rebel term and mascot as well as the flag from the high school in the middle 1990s, which the male had picked on Cactus Jack during their time in high school. The Lee High School location is the one inside of the 410 loop, in San Antonio Texas. As Cactus Jack's girlfriend at the time Lazy Eye AKA Jamie Robles had not been accepted for her submission for something involving the Fiesta Texas San Antonio event, the two came up with the idea for encircling the city of San Antonio during the Fiesta event in hopes for them to be infamous.
Jamie Robles AKA Lazy Eye hoped for infamy for the pictures and the planning, while Cactus Jack AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr hoped for infamy for the event itself and the planning he did in reference to making sure to go through each of the military bases; though specifically in reference to the location where the field exercise occurred, which had been at Camp Bullis. As he landed on a patch of cactus with the paw paw patch in between his legs, the group gave him the nickname of Cactus Jack. He quit ROTC all of which was before the graduation for my now dead-ex-husband where Cactus Jack wore the 151 Road Warrior memory t-shirt, for the #TexasNationalGuard graduation at #CampMabry in #Austin. At that graduation I was yelled at for saluting during the National Anthem as I was paying my respect to those graduating from the Texas National Guard, as well as saluting the American Flag during the Star Spangled Banner. The yelling occurred after the ceremony, during the car ride to the #Bennigans, and at Bennigan's restaurant as Cactus Jack sat happily while wearing the 151 Road Warrior t-shirt and facing the group of soldiers, and their families in the restaurant.
Though I had made mention to Cactus Jack of the portions which the #UCMJ could be utilized if there was a big enough need for such which I thought there had been in reference to the choice to purposefully encircle the entire city of San Antonio in the specific point to get to each and every military base in the city and thus, targeting each of the locations of during the Fiesta San Antonio Texas event which there is an ironic twist as there is a portion which of such remembers the Alamo in conjunction with the fact of Cactus Jack enjoying reenacting for the bad guy side; I was told he did not think that could occur because my definition of terrorism did not align with his opinion, though I told him back then he better wish there is not a guy or a group of guys who know much more about legal stuff than I do who know about the portions of the UCMJ and the civilian prosecutorial laws as there might be that one guy who would enjoy to put such a situation to a full stop to ensure such never occurs again.
Though I discussed a few other situations with the CID agents each time I had been back to the CID location at Fort Sam Houston including though beyond the portions in reference to the Sergeant aspect, I also had sent to the first two books as well as The Modern Day Book to the agents as well as the San Antonio Police Department and the FBI among a few others. Admittedly having sent the first two books to multiple individuals and groups well before my return to the state of Texas as well as afterwards of which I had also registered such with the Library of Congress, maybe just maybe in the end Cactus Jack and Lazy Eye will get the infamy they craved all those years ago in more modern time.
Otherwise at minimum I have completed my civic duty to the United States of America's Armed Forces, law enforcement for the state of Texas as well as the United States of America, and the Texas National Guard; including the families and friends, thereof.
I made my choice to take my oath seriously and I promised to the United States of America's civilians and Constitution thereof to defend and protect, which as best as I can do to do so; I keep my promises, as I take such gravely seriously...pun intended...my Medal of Honor Art Project reference for the joke-ish pun...
Though such may have been considered questionable previously, I guesstimate such has been proven time and time again.
