Lifting up the Arizona from the oceanic waters and reasons of benefits

To Whom It May Concern,

This particular journal blog entry of mine as you read I hope brings clarity to multiple aspects, and brings forward understanding of the importance in reference of points in regards of the #USSArizona which is still in the waters of the ocean near the islands of #Hawaii. The points I initially bring up are in reference of my personal training and background in brief before I delve into the aspects of the environmental affects, health, coral reefs, economic impacts, and more in reference to my proposal to assist with the removal of the USS #Arizona. Though I know, understand, and comprehend of the gravesite in reference to all of those who were within the ship during the time of the Pearl Harbor attacks and the after effects of a constant reminder of the realities of what occurred that day before the official beginning of #WorldWarII; I have a multitude of ideas to assist to preserve the memories of in a bigger way for more people as well as continue the teaching of history, while also assisting to clean up much of various problems that have been circulated around the oceanic waters from the #USNSArizona remaining in the ocean to this point. First is my background, then I will write of the other portions, with a closing aspect afterwards. If you are a part of the #UnitedStatesofAmerica's government and/or a company approved with contracts with the United States of America's government who knows the ins and outs of such to begin such an endeavor with my assistance in person; please do contact me and inform me of where I would need to go, and the aspects of getting there for such through the necessary channels. If that means being called into a specific military location to discuss, letters sent through mail certified, and/or etcetera as done for such sort of aspects; please do not hesitate, as I believe there are quite a few who already know and can see the importance of such to be squared away.

In the year of 2009 I began my quest to better myself after reading a Jewish Medical Journal which discussed the health benefits for people who deal with headaches and migraines in November of 2008 through finding a school to take my #SCUBA Diving classes through, and officially signing up for the #NationalGeographic Open Water SCUBA Certification to continue with furthered education as the school had offered a 16 course SCUBA Diving set of classes. When I signed up for the course after completing the National Geographic Open Water SCUBA Diving course, I was told there had been not one person who completed all 16 courses in the 12 month allotment period to finish all of the courses at the school; though by the description from the instructor as well as the owner of the shop at the time, it came across there was no one who had ever completed the 16 courses in the 12 month allotment period ever throughout the #PADI history of offering such. My personal choice to register for the 16 courses was a personally seen benefit for me to ensure the safety of each and every SCUBA Dive I ever went to go for each safe descent and each safe ascent for each and every individual SCUBA Dive I went to. I saw such as a way to ensure my own safety though also the safety of any SCUBA Diver I went with, a way to ensure I safely returned to my children, and a way to ensure to prevent any problems during any SCUBA Dive while guaranteeing I knew my SCUBA Diving gear for each place I went to go. I chose to complete all of my training SCUBA Dives in the lakes, quarries, rivers, and hot springs in the state of #Texas before I would allow myself to go SCUBA Diving in the oceanic waters to ensure an additional amount of safety; which meant I put a restriction on myself to complete a minimum of 70 SCUBA Dives before registering to go into the ocean for any oceanic SCUBA Dive, of which I completed 73 SCUBA Dives before looking to book a trip to the oceanic waters.

Though some SCUBA Diving Instructors looked at me oddly for making that choice for myself in the short term though especially in the long term I think there are some who saw the reasons as to why I made sure to do such for myself, as they were able to see certain problems from the after effects from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury much easier than many who I knew who were not SCUBA Divers. Admittedly when earning my National Geographic Open Water SCUBA Dive the main problem I had in reference of completing and earning that particular certification had been the arithmetic aspects of being able to convert Atmospheric Measurements into feet measurements, though I knew for the United States of America that 1 Atmospheric Measurements meant 33 feet.

When I later bought my depth gauge computer with navigation as well as tank levels for the remaining air within as a combination 3 in 1, I was repeatedly told the gear was measured in #UK measurements as the depth gauge computer was used before I purchased it from a former British military SCUBA Diver of which I did not think about nor thought to think about the possibility of their measurements for Atmospheric levels to mean 1 Atmospheric Measurement was 33 meters which means multiplying by the number of 3 at minimum; however being of a military standard, I am unsure if that meant the actual measurements meant a multiplication of a larger number than 3 to the 33 or if the 33 was even the basic number to begin with. I had not thought about that honestly, until more recently in 2020 which again that set of SCUBA Dives was back in 2009 and this is the year of 2020. Wile I felt a smidgen bad about myself for needing assistance for the mathematic conversions for my National Geographic Open Water SCUBA Diving certification realistically, every other section of my testing I had aced easily and quite quickly. A few of the fellow SCUBA Divers in my class as well as the instructors for the class joked about me being a fish out of water or a #Mermaid on land, because of the minimal levels of air used during my SCUBA Dives.

I simply smiled quietly to myself laughing softly joking "How did you know? What gave that away, to you?"

Though back then I do not think they understood my sense of humor at the time, though such is what it is as there have been many who have not automatically been able to understand my way of finding humor in different aspects.

I completed not only the additional 16 SCUBA dive courses to earn each certification after earning and completing my National Geographic Open Water SCUBA Dive certification, but I also added to my resume an additional 9 SCUBA Diving certifications. In total from the middle to end of February 2009 through to July 2009, I earned a total of 25 SCUBA Diving certifications for myself. Of those 25 SCUBA diving certifications 21 of them were earned before going on my first oceanic SCUBA Dive in the lakes, rivers, quarries, and hot springs in the state of Texas. As I earned 2 SCUBA Diving certifications in the Cozumel region of the world in the oceanic waters mainly on the other side of the island as only the shoreline SCUBA Dive had been when within the closer proximity to the land, the deeper SCUBA Dives where I landed at the bottom of the ocean out there had been on average at 108 Atmospheric Measurements from what that military #British depth gauge computer showed me the numbers of. However admittedly because of the fact I do not remember whether I remembered to not wear my contacts when SCUBA Diving and using the prescription lenses in the SCUBA Diving mask, I am unsure if there were additional number of 1 and 0 in that number I read back then. I know the SCUBA Divers I went with stayed well above the level I went to in order to land at the bottom of the ocean as it was a personal choice for me needing to pee at the bottom of the ocean joking how I had been born in the #Chinese #Zodiac Year of the #Dog and marking my territory, however at this point in certain references in certain ways such is a moot point because obviously there are two other SCUBA Dive sets in the oceanic waters to discuss before continuing further with the reason for this particular journal blog entry. Thus four or six SCUBA Dives on the other side of the island in Cozumel, I had landed at the bottom of the ocean out there safely each time in 2009 as obviously being alive now in 2020 and obviously since those SCUBA Dives means I survived.

Upon returning to the United States of America from #Cozumel #Mexico I completed a few additional SCUBA Diving certification courses before my first and only family vacation which I took my son, my daughter, and my niece to #Georgia then to #Florida for two weeks in the end of July through to the middle of August when adding the additional stop in #Alabama on the way back from Florida. While out there I had scheduled a SCUBA Dive to leave from the Boca Raton area which I was paired with a professional Underwater SCUBA Diver who though did not land at the bottom of the oceanic waters at the same level as I at an average of either 111 #ATM or again because I cannot remember if I remembered to not wear my contacts when SCUBA Diving had been 11111 ATMs, with or without a few additional 1 numbers while keeping in consideration the military British measurement system of the depth gauge computer utilized. However for the latter portions of this journal blog entry because of the levels he was able to go with me when SCUBA Diving to safely descend and safely ascend is of importance to such in the latter portions of my journal blog entry here for a multitude of aspects; however I must complete a few more important points, before that explanation aspect thereof, though pertinent to keep in mind as he did survive and was safe when SCUBA Diving with me at those depth levels while reiterating the aspects of my choice to ensure I and anyone who SCUBA Dove with me would safely descend and safely ascend each SCUBA Dive. Another reference is in regards of when in Cozumel there was only one SCUBA Diver who had come close to the levels I had dove to, and he is still alive without ramifications of the depth levels went to during that SCUBA Dive set in Cozumel; though I also prevented him from dying after he caught a baby puffer fish which expanded in his hands. Those who understand the venom level of a baby rattlesnake compared to an adult rattlesnake, understand the venom levels of a baby puffer fish compared to an adult puffer fish; or at minimum, can have a better understanding of the levels which if I had not told the baby puffer fish to not puncture his hands, what he would have endured if his hands had actually been punctured. Thankfully, that baby puffer fish listened to my command when he wanted to see what the other SCUBA Divers and I were up to and quickly returned to the school of other puffer fish after that SCUBA Diver released that puffer fish from his grip. Ironically I had warned that particular SCUBA Diver not to touch the fish in the ocean before the flight from DFW to Cozumel, and I think he learned his lesson about that after that incident. One could joke about an adult telling a child not to touch a firepit and when they did not listen, they learned for themselves.

During that particular SCUBA Dive I purposefully chose to swim over the forming underwater volcanoes knowing they were such, as I thought to myself "I am already down here and there has to be someone or some group on land, who would find this of importance. Plus, it's really cool!"

The picture above on the left and in the middle are pictures I took which you can see the color difference of the water conditions surrounding the two different formations, and the picture to the right is of a fish which eats the underwater volcanoes forming, which assists in the environment care to prevent such. You are able to see the impact of the clarity of the water difference as that fish works on the removal in comparison, as clearing the area without harm to the aquatic life as the other SCUBA Diver and I went through the area. In reference to land gardening it would be an equivalent of a less harmful goat eating the unwanted greenery in an area to keep the farmland cleared without having to mow the lawn, or a more organic way to keep the area clear from such sorts of unnecessary growth close to the continental shelf closer to the shoreline of the continent. None of my SCUBA Diving pictures are photoshopped, nor are the pictures I have taken of whatever I have taken pictures of throughout the years whether with film or digital camera photography; including the airshow pictures, as well as other pictures which some might have seen the print versions of as well as the online versions of. For a more specific reference point of I am remarking of the film images of when in the area of the #GulfofMexico where my children were playing on the beach as I took pictures, and my now dead-ex-husband was there within the frame of the pictures I took in reference of the energy swirls.

In reference to my SCUBA Dive at the area of the USS/USNS #Vandenberg or whatever the name of the actual ship had been before it was sunken in the area of the outer limits of the #BermudaTriangle region within the depths of the #MatthiasAbyss, I know the depth gauge measurement had maxed out before I was near the top tower of the naval vessel there; though I had not thought about such when I was down there already, as I have written about previously as well as have discussed. I had not remembered the portions of the British military Atmospheric Measurements when I went SCUBA Diving until on land after any SCUBA Dive I had gone on, as I thought all of the measurements were the same across the board; though also not thinking about the possibility of previously other SCUBA Divers being in the same proverbial boat in reference of measurements as it was known back in 2009 of the average human being only being able to tolerate a certain level of compression from the depth levels when SCUBA Diving as well as in reference to submarine trips. Though again similarly to taking pictures of the forming volcanoes underwater my thoughts were simply "I am already down here, I better take some pictures of what I can while here."

In reference to the first top picture on the left those who know the area of where the American flag is at on the naval vessel, know the difference of height level compared to the bottom left picture third down. My SCUBA Diving camera was a #SCUBAPro with a 4mm zoom and a 10mm optical zoom for the maximum; giving those who understand the close proximity I had been for the clear pictures taken. Again the images I took are not photoshopped in any way, shape, or form. The picture on the top right is the floor of the bottom of the ocean next to the other naval vessels I found in the area, which the middle picture on the right is of one of the different naval ships I found when on that first SCUB A Dive at the area of the Vandenberg. The middle picture I took on the left is from as I surfaced from the bottom of the ocean after having taken the picture of the bottom floor of the ocean in the area. The bottom right picture where the yellow is seen in the corner of that picture I took is a tentacle of an aquatic animal as I surfaced and gives a visual of the proximity of that particular animal to where I was; as those who understand the changes of the colors when beneath the surface of the ocean know the level where I was the color distortion seen in the #AmericanFlag shows the depths not in numbers though by colors.

For those who do not know such when descending downward into the oceanic waters the first color not seen clearly unless extremely up close is red, then orange, then yellow, then green, then blue, then purple. The fact you cannot see clearly the red stripes or the blue background colors in the American Flag yet can see the yellow of the tentacle that was extremely close to me with a minimal zoom which I am fairly certain I did not use the optical zoom for that picture I took, shows the extreme closeness of the aquatic animal's tentacle closer to me. In the top first image on the left if you look on the other side of where the American Flag is, you are able to see the face of an aquatic animal which listened to me when I told it to stay where it was and not cause problems as I only wanted to take a picture on my way to the surface during my ascent safely. For those who are able to go to the #Bremerton #NavalShipyard in #Washington state the #Kittyhawk put on top of the #Nimitz in a visual would be the height equivalent of the areas above the water for the ship that is seen in the bottom left picture; however for those who have been on cruise ships the way such are built in a reverse sort of way which the majority of what is above the water gives you that personal experience of seeing in person a portion of despite the hull and the keel of the ship still being beneath the surface of the water.

The official #YouTube videos of mine on my channel which I took of me being closer to some of the naval ships, can give you a height comparison to my height to some of the naval ships which are smaller than the ship at the bottom of the ocean I took pictures of in height comparison in conjunction with the different levels of where I had landed in the area of the Matthias Abyss. Yes, there were still a few other levels downward in comparison to where I had landed, though I would have had to go outward a bit more to get to those particular levels within the ocean. The first video is of me walking and partially swimming or treading water out to the #Lexington in the Gulf of Mexico area of the ocean, for a visual. The second video I took of me walking near the area of the USS Kittyhawk, and the third video I took of me is closer to the USS Kittyhawk for a better understanding through sight. None of the videos are zoomed in beyond what the camera phone had recorded the videos, for an assessment.

Now with such information and background of such for my personal training in brief with an additional point of becoming SCUBA Diver #CavernSCUBADiver certified in November 2009 though my class mainly was in September or October of 2009, there is an understanding the yellow tentacle seen in the pictures I took was not of my cavern SCUBA Dive equipment, as I would not allow myself to use such equipment until the certification. No that was not my reserve octopus regulator, as I had been extremely diligent about streamlining my gear, as an additional point in case anyone thought of such because of the color closeness to the equipment color for that particular hose usually. I made sure my D-ring kept that completely tucked in and cleared before entering the water as well as before diving downward, as to how I have been when in reference to my SCUBA Diving gear. My SCUBA Diving instructors taught me well, and I paid attention to my classes instructions. The ridges of the tentacle able to be seen also is nothing similar to the octopus spare regulator hose, for an additional point of reference to clarify such for any remaining skeptics.

In reference to what beyond my SCUBA Diving training and background would give me a bit of an edge in reference of being able to assist with the recovery of such a naval vessel to remove from the oceanic waters knowing the number of fallen soldiers who are within the various locations of the naval ship, some might wonder. Other than where I grew up walking around seeing when growing up in #NewJersey and #NewYorkCity as well as #Pittsburg and #Philadelphia #Pennsylvania in the 1980s and 1990s among other locations, I also had assisted with a surgical procedure and research when immediately after waking up from my coma from my head injury on Psalm Sunday in 2000 without panic; as well as the knowledge of the two dead SCUBA Divers in the area of the ocean I saw which were pointed out to me when at the bottom of the ocean when in the Matthias Abyss without panicking, including other situations which I had no fear in reference to what I had seen at various times. The requirement of knowing not to disturb where possible while also being able to maneuver throughout, would be of ease for me. Not in a cold nor in a harsh manner, though simply in reference to having been exposed to a multitude of situations which would make most individuals cringe simply at the thought of. Additionally with the aspects of what I had been exposed to when growing up in the house in New Jersey and swimming in the reddened water which filled an area of the backyard, having swam around other areas which later were found to have higher toxicity levels, the semi-truck collision which had multiple chemicals spraying all over the place, among other situations while remaining calm under the proverbial pressure; would be a few other examples in reference to not only the aspects of the contents within the vessel and the decomposing of the deceased within the vessel; as the knowledge and understanding of the warmer waters in the area of Hawaii unlike in the area of the Matthias Abyss has not preserved such remains of the individuals in the same way. In the Matthias Abyss because of the depth levels and the coldness of the waters at that level in the ocean, the aspects of the area where the Hawaiian islands are being much warmer means the aspects of the decomposition of the remains has been occurring over the decades. Those who understand the processes for funeral rights before the religious aspects of can discuss further with greater details of such.

In my opinion from the aerial footage of image available through #Wikipedia over the USS Arizona the combination of the oil, the chemicals that were within the lower levels of the ship, as well as the combination of the deceased remains mixing together are hypothetically a large portion to the factors of the color changes in the water regions. With the amount of naval traffic flowing back and forth and thus disturbing the area not only in reference to the bottom of the ocean but also the circulation of the waters within the interior of the Arizona vessel, I would guesstimate such mixture is a larger aspect of the color disparages in the water colorations from the aerial surface pictures. The green coloration along the coastline of the Hawaiian islands is probably the sediment which is more buoyant than the particles which are heavier and would remain closer to the bottom, which in turn in my thoughts of a quick review I believe hypothetically such also being circulated throughout the oceanic waters overall may be a contributing factor to the reduction of the coral reefs and any additional problematic portions of any color changes throughout the various areas. In conjunction to that depending upon the materials used to construct the ship during the early 1900s for example if there is any asbestos which had been a portion of, such sitting in the waters in the areas would hypothetically be causing additional problems for all forms of water supplies. Though the Arizona is not the only vessel underneath the surface of the ocean, there fact of certain areas mixing with the chemicals within in a condensed form may hypothetically be another concern to take into consideration. While I understand and comprehend the aspects of wanting to respect the deceased and leave as a memorial to in reference of a sailors' grave on top of such, the disturbances of the natural current in combination of the heavy amount of ships in the areas of the oceanic waters near the islands increasing over the years from the time of the Arizona sinking probably hypothetically have an additional effect of causes to situations throughout the oceanic waters. In brief of such portions listed, I truly believe the necessity of the removal of the ship from the oceanic waters would be an extremely beneficial aspect in a multitude of ways beyond what I have already described.

There was a point when I had spoken with an individual who said he was on leave from being stationed with the United States of America's Navy branch after returning to the state of Texas after SCUBA Diving at the Vandenberg and Boca Raton which said he did SCUBA Diving for the #USNavy branch to assist monitoring the waters of the area around the USS Arizona, and had encouraged me to go there to be able to SCUBA Dive and check on a few things with him. I do not remember his name though I think there is a reason why he said later on when discussing such to me at the time of meeting him briefly, of which I understand there are military and other sorts of regulations to maintain the safety and the sanctity of the area; however I think hypothetically with certain individual contacts I have had over the years in the odd variations of may be a signal from whatever wording would be chosen for such of their way to let me know of such importance in a variety of measures. That male spoke with me somewhere of the timeframe of October 2009 just before meeting an individual who had been stationed in Hawaii years prior in November of 2009, then the contact I had in reference to when living in an area closer to #DFW in an apartment, and a few additional points when taking pictures of what I saw in #Montana and #Idaho; which could be a hypothetical of their insistency of urgency. If adding to consideration certain aspects which I wrote of in my Fail-Safe book to prevent such problems from additional situations, that may hypothetically be a point of which certain higher ups may be of interest to take into consideration certain precautionary measures for the portions in reference of the Arizona.

I have ideas for training procedures beyond the reviewal of the area, as well as a few additional ideas for proposal to assist with such if that is an inclination which those whomever such may be would be interested in discussing in a secured manor. While the portions of the initial intent to maintain the Arizona for the memorial aspect and the sailors grave, in my opinion which I think others can agree when removing the vessel from the ocean safely to take great caution and care of the remains thereof; I think the ability to get more areas of the different states within the United States of America historical pieces to assist with teaching history to remember better and learn from a multitude of aspects would be greatly beneficial in the short and the long term. Additionally to the aspects of clearing up that section of the ocean I believe the initial short term and long term impacts of such will be able to be seen quite quickly and clearly, once the silt settles from the removal of. I have ideas of how to clear the vessel for ease of moving around as well as bringing the vessel to the surface with minimal damages to the environment especially in comparison to the effects of the condensed aspects bubbling to the surface and spilling outward in the the oceanic waters.

Admittedly I cannot give a financial estimate of the costs as I know there are those who would be capable to do such arithmetic far better than I though I can say with certainty or in this instance I can state in my typing with certainty, the cost efficiency analysis of the short term versus the long term would be minimal costs compared to the long term benefits. Some benefits beyond the clearing of the oceanic waters and the ease of re-growing the coral reefs would allow more tourism in many locations while also rebuilding various food sources for propagation, the ability to reuse various aspect of the vessel as well as the chemical combinations within for specific purposes which can be discussed further in a secured setting, the utilization of the Arizona itself as an on land museum for educational and memorial purposes, the retrieval of other portions within the internal aspects of the vessel for other purposes including educational benefits, the ability for a revival throughout the oceanic waters throughout the world far beyond simply what has been stated though additionally curbing the problems of the underwater volcano formations quickly, as well as if there were to be a major volcanic eruption in the area of the Hawaiian islands the ability to prevent the shrapnel as well as what would go into the air much more so in a greater way which in turn would mean less of an impact along the western coast of the American continents as well as the islands in the areas between the eastern continents of Eurasia and Africa in regards of the tsunami after effects in conjunction with the affects to the fault lines throughout both of those coastlines. Not forgetting the surges which would inevitably effect each other sides of the various coastlines of each continent and island as the way the waters of the oceanic areas would move and flow until the waters calmed; which again I refer to the aspects of certain portions I had written about in reference to those who know which portion of my Fail-Safe book I am referring to.

It is my hope I have clearly explained many aspects of which are easier to understand and are clearer for many with the necessary initial information, and I hope if there are those who would know which department would need to be met with that this could be forwarded to and an arrangement could be made to discuss further options. If possible I would like to be involved directly within the aspects of in person in Hawaii for such. I understand there are multiple levels of the United States of America's government in conjunction with the state and local government officials who would need to be brought together in reference to this, though I am unsure which specifically I should send correspondence to. I am unsure if the #USCG, the #USNavy, the #USMC, the #FBI, the #CIA, #HomelandSecurity, the #Pentagon, #NOAA, the #WhiteHouse, @realDonaldTrump #POTUS, former POTUS and former VPOTUS and their families, #HouseofCongress, #HouseofSenate, among others would be necessary to contact in reference to such including businesses such as #LockheedMartin, #DeLoitte, #Koch, and more; though hopefully whomever it would be that would need to be sent this information to begin further discussions will be able to get to read this and send correspondence back to me to inform me of which way to go if arrangements have not already been made or are in the making for such to begin quickly if possible. I know choosing to put such information out and being willing to step forward upon this endeavor is a risky choice for myself personally, though I am willing to do so if allowed.
