In reference to teachers unions, so-called COVID, and Homeschool Parent Teachers

In my opinion while some might disagree as each has their own thoughts, personally I think it would be a wonderful idea to consider parents who have been homeschooling their children to be considered for teaching positions in various areas. While I personally was unable to assist my daughter Lidia Louise during what was occurring through being able to #HomeSchool her, I know there have to be parents and grandparents who have done and do the Home School aspects which they can understand as to what was difficult for me to be able to keep up with the requirements; though also have the proof of what they accomplished assisting their children to graduate through the programs as well as go to college to graduate, probably at a higher acceleration rate I would guesstimate. As there have been teacher's unions which fought against many home school aspects to make sure the home school was considered acceptable as well as #college #universities which have required Home School parents to follow various guidelines, personally I think there are plenty of individuals who have successfully done a wonderful job as to raising their children while educating them to prepare them for college as well as real life as best as possible.

While listening/watching #FoxNews #TheFive episode from 30 January 2021 at around 11 minutes 28 seconds the group discusses the situation in reference to public schools which the teachers unions are planning to protest/strike because of the #COVID situation going on, which obviously many know how long their children have been out of school and how much education has been missed over the timeframe of. In some ways in my opinion the ideal for the situation whenever they do get to return to school as the COVID situation has been going on for almost a full year at this point, is to re-test all of the students to see where their aptitude levels are and if needing to be held back to ensure the educational benefits prior to graduating to the next level; at minimum for the students they will be able to be better prepared for the requirements needed, for the workforce on a better level across the board. I would then recommend getting the students prepared for the levels in classes they will have to be in as those who have progressed forward are able to continue to the next level, and those who need additional assistance prior to graduating to the next level are able to get the proper education for better adjustments. In that same aspect of such if the teachers unions which had fought against Home School parents to get the educations systems approved, the Home School parents whose children are older and able to have the time to pass on their knowledge and understanding while maintaining the classroom structure as needed; in my opinion the parents and grandparents who have been working on such for years now, should be able to apply for such positions and be thought about for hiring for employment.

I would guesstimate there may be many Home School parents who have taught when their children grow into teenagers and then the last child leaves from graduation to go into whichever college/#university/#technicalschool, those parents who accomplished so much and have a lot to be proud of possibly feel a bit more than the standard version of what is known as the empty nest syndrome because of the amount of time and work they continuously put in for the #education. I would guesstimate there are many who have been turned away from employment in certain regards because of the amount of time it takes to Home School and being out of the work force for such a length of time, I would guesstimate there may be some employers who have been hesitant to hiring such individuals because of the time gap. In such I think there might be more who have been #HomeSchooling their children and possibly others' children along with, who would jump at the availability to be able to teach again. Knowing how much work and effort goes into scheduling and making sure the different points are known, understood, and comprehended though admittedly not to the level which #HomeSchoolers would be able to express from experiences; I would guesstimate some enjoy the amount of positive achievements they have personally felt, when watching their children graduate to the next level. I would also guesstimate the Home Schoolers would be able to assess situations a bit easier in certain regards especially those with more than one child they Home Schooled, to be able to tell who is actually causing problems compared to the ones being blamed wrongly for such problems.

Whereas some may look through the child's prior records and make decisions only based upon the paperwork, I would guesstimate the Home Schoolers would look beyond the paperwork to see through to assist their classrooms a bit beyond what might be considered as what teachers unions have fought against in reference to the Home Schoolers having their children stay away from the system comparatively. As such records of proof as to what each Home Schooler would be able to prove their record of work in reference to their children, I would guesstimate there would be the ability to assist the education system in a forward direction instead of a backwards direction. While admittedly in testing the children in a different manner to ensure the education level of knowledge and understanding would cause a few children to be held back, when one thinks about the reality of such; can one truthfully say that is a holding back, or can that truthfully be said that is giving more incubation time for the proper development and cycles of?

I know there have to be a version though probably not the same name of a union for Home School parent/teachers of which if there is specifically of those who have graduated children, I would think they would know how to petition to the schools around their states to have such a consideration taken. They have to be certified in the specialty courses I would guesstimate, which in turn would mean they not only have the certifications though they also have the credentials of the proof of the amount they have taught their children and where they were able to attend higher education locations. Personally I knew several children when I was growing up in #NewJersey in the different areas who told me they were being Home Schooled and they explained to me what that meant, though I know much has changed since the later 1980s and 1990s as this is the year of 2021. Thus I would guesstimate those children's parents from back then as well as since then as there are those who gave birth to children in 2000 and depending upon the cut off dates, would depend on which children of their have gone onwards towards the higher education levels. In such, the fresher amount of education availability within their thoughts.

Though I am fairly certain there are many Home School parent/teachers as well as their children, who can give far more descriptions of what has been beneficial for the short and the long term of such education.
