This morning I had worked on several pieces of my Medal of Honor Art Project before laying down briefly to take a nap to wake back up, and complete a portion of another piece from my Medal of Honor Art Project. Today is 8 August 2020 and the writing for this journal blog I am beginning is 8:00a.m. of which I have a few ponderings, of which if the rumors are true then I guesstimate there may be some people who are wondering as well. As the #COVID aspects have continued on from the time of around the middle to end of February to the current moment and though there have been various aspects throughout the current events of the news between the COVID/#Coronavirus, #lockdown, the #GeorgeFloyd situation, #BLM, protests to #OpenTexas/#OpenAmerica, along with the aspects of those who have been rioting and looting different stores and the legal case involving #GelinaMaxwell in reference of #JeffreyEpstien as well as the after effects of; I was pondering and wondering to myself as I did some of the artwork portions of my Medal of Honor Art Project, in reference to specifics of those topics among others. However in specifics, I will simply only write a few thoughts in reference to the #pizzagate reference and the #JeffreyEpstien case.
In certain areas beyond the aspects of the wrongful pedophilia which I disagree with as I am sure many agree with me of such not just in the legal definition though also of the moral and ethical aspects thereof, I was thinking about in regards of the reports of rumors of some leaving the United States of America to escape prosecution as well as escape to places which the extradition processes are not allowed. In my opinion if the individuals who leave the country of the United States of America receive any form of government paychecks, would that then mean those financial aspects would no longer be sent to such individuals? Would that mean that the individuals who would flee the United states of America to reside elsewhere to live in another country would then have to pay the taxes to the locations they move to, as well as whatever taxes to if they own property in the United States of America?
Though I wholeheartedly disagree with a term of disability being put onto pedophilia individuals in regards to adults as those who committed pedophilia actually caused problems for the children who they harmed and thus the offenders in my opinion do not deserve such leniencies of that label again which I guesstimate many could agree with me, if such people flee to areas which prevents extraditionary processes does that mean that when they leave the country of the United States of America those individuals are forfeiting any possible properties they own as well as all financial money they had made when in the United States of America; of whichever state they had those properties, as well as whatever United States of America’s banking system they had made their money go to? If the money was put into an offshore account, does that mean the United States of America’s government can extradite or whatever the legal term happens to be for such to seize such money? If so is there a legal process of which the United States of America can put a freeze onto such assets to prevent such from being utilized in a way that since the choice to denounce the United States of America citizenship by fleeing to such a location which prevents extradition can do such and thus, the country fled to still would charge such individuals for retreating to another country whatever taxes that country charges for living there; while not denying the money from the United States of America for the time previously living in the United States of America? I wonder if there is such a law of holdings and thus even if the individual is married, whomever chooses to retreat to another country to avoid the penalties of justice then loses such until either 1). Going through the legal court proceedings and or 2). If they choose not to, there is a permanent withholding of such?
If such individuals have a large amount of finances and property within the United States of America, would such assist the legal aspects of some form of justice for those who endured such? Would that be a feasible way to assist the legal aspects if such is a possibility and thus the lien and holdings would have a limited amount of time for the prevention of utilizing and thus with taking such into consideration after the specified amount of time if the aspects thereof the biological adult retreating, then rendering the assets and finances to the United States of America? Would such then be divided between whichever locations such properties were withheld in whichever cities and states as well as the federal government of the United States of America, including if such are within areas of allies of the United States of America? If such is a possibility or even previously discussed at various legal round table meetings, is this an actual set of laws which would assist the justice reform in regards of such to not only assist with the prevention of #humantrafficking but also against such offenses thereof?
While I am unsure as to the aspects of what occurred in regards of the island owned by Jeffrey Epstein as well as those involved, is such a possibility in such assets as well in regards to citizenship within the United States of America? If such is a possibility, would such deter any future aspects of such heinous actions chosen to cause such harm?
I admit I do not have a legal degree though had thought of such in a wondering sort of way, and possibly some may understand certain ideas as to be valid and worthwhile or possibly not; though nonetheless, I was simply wondering if such, could be considered as viable.
