Day 7 of 60 Day Challenge

Today continuing with the challenge I made for myself though also for others in combination to be able to look at various aspects to be thankful for even in the midst of whatever situations, to be able to look towards more positive aspects as well as acknowledging that which needs to be addressed to find such positive aspects even in the darkest of situations.

I created a prayer for my son #Letters4James and my daughter #Letters4Lidia to keep in mind if they ever needed such a quick boost to assist in a mindfulness to calm, and then to evaluate as needed.

Light and Love, Light and Love

Between, Below, and Above

Now and forever-more

So mote it be

Amen

I had the top two lines tattooed into a bracelet looking type of tattoo I had made for the tattoo artist to put into my skin, as per my request. He did exactly as I asked and with the specific designs I needed and wanted for my tattoo, which I am still thankful for. Admittedly I wish I knew where he had gone for tattooing because of an idea I thought of for a #tattoo sleeve which seems befitting since he had completed my ocean tattoo design for me from the pictures of the bottom of the ocean which I took during several different oceanic #SCUBA Dives, and it simply seems as an ironic alignment in certain regards.

Nonetheless I am still thankful for the tattoo to be completed as I needed it to be, in each aspect. I truly cannot put into words the amount my tattoos actually have helped me over the years from the first one I had completed for memory problems from the after effects from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury, as to how much each tattoo artist I had tattoos completed through as well as each area they had done apprenticeships with and learned from to further their own style as I was able to meet them up to those points in time and hopefully positively forward. The tattoos as I explained in years previously were intended to help assist my memory problems though also were always extremely religious and spiritual, which the energetic vibrations from my tattoos assist in other ways beyond just the memory aspects for me. Each tattoo yes represents as in Faery tiny sized ways compared to the overall of what I described, though also as explained there are many other connection points in reference to the meanings for myself. They did not and do not only represent a specific time in my life, they also represent other definitions as well as references from prior to waking up from the coma from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury as well as after the tattoos were completed.

Just as each situation is multifaceted, so too are each one of my tattoos. I am thankful for each one, completed by each artist, trained by each they learned from, to assist in many ways. I would not doubt if there were those who had head injuries or TBIs who have found tattoos to be helpful, as I would not doubt if the military branches especially learned a positive value to the tattoos whether or not injured; though especially those who have survived the TBI aspects, maybe they were helped more than I ever realized. I am thankful despite my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury and after effects thereof, there have been tattoo artists who helped to draw the lines for the ability for my issues to connect the proverbial dots within and throughout.

Just as I have been thankful for such in reference to tattoos, the same in regards of my hairstyle and hair color. Those who have cut my #hairstyle to the design I have needed to relieve some of the pain levels from my headaches and migraines along with the fluctuations thereof, the weight of my hair is extremely heavy as they would know as my hair is quite thick though thankfully over the years there have been wonderful hairstylists who have been so helpful in getting my hairstyle as it is and though I learned for the most part how to cut my own hair, I would not have learned how to if it were not for their ability to help me a minimum of once per week to cut my hair. If it were not for the male at Sally Hansen Beauty Supply in #SanAntonio #Texas #MilitaryCityUSA who helped me to get the color correct for my hairstyle and how to do so properly, the assistance which helps me in some similar ways as my tattoos and yet differently at the same time would not have been; and I am so very thankful for him explaining so much, as well as talking with me about the different aspects of the choice to color my hair as I do to this day though varying shades of red.

Thus as a quick and brief though extremely heartfelt thank you, I truly have and do appreciate such for each. It has meant a lot and has been and is still so very helpful, and I am extremely thankful and grateful for.
