During my SCUBA Diving trip in reference to two different SCUBA Dives during the first family vacation I had planned and arranged, after returning from the #FloridaKeys of #KeyWest of which I can make a joke in reference to the fact that Colonel Allen West had been a Congressman in the state of #Florida after his time in the Armed Forces of the United States of America who I have been lucky enough to meet twice in person thus far in 2020; of which possibly he may have been informed of one particular SCUBA Diver who went swimming at the top of the ocean after landing at the bottom of the ocean during a USS/USNS Vandenberg SCUBA Dive at some point. Possibly hypothetically the local area Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy of the United States of America's Armed Forces as well as the FBI had been informed of such a SCUBA Diver back in August of 2009. I can laugh and giggle to myself at this point as I truly did not think I could ever blend in or camouflage though thinking back to that time now, I had been swimming in the ocean which meant my hair-color was not as bright red and had bled and faded as red hair color does. I suppose at this point in 2020 a little bit later in time, I realized I can camouflage at random times. Not often, though possible nonetheless.
After returning to land after the SCUBA Dives in reference to out from Boca Raton Florida on 2 August 2009 as well as from the Vandenberg on 6/7 August 2009, there was a point in which a female I had met through phone calls named Jennifer though I do not know her last name; of which I had been introduced through a phone call in regards of being introduced because of Cactus Jack AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr, to speak with and get to know through phone calls. Her then boyfriend/fiance Michael was a construction worker and/or owned a construction company in the Florida area and his family lived in Oscala Florida, from what she said. Though she did not explain as I can remember as to how she went to Florida, she did tell me she once had done exotic dancing in the state of Texas after she had grown up being friends with Cactus Jack. I think she said they met in either Elementary School or High School, though I am not 100% certain of.
Jennifer had said she was the type of exotic dancer which was a showcase dancer, who was paid to attend different locations as her name was well known and every bit of money she made after arriving was additional money to what her fee had been from what she explained on the phone. Though I cannot remember which clubs she said she had worked at, I remember she said the majority of the clubs were in the Austin and Houston area of Texas and randomly performed in Dallas locations. Though she also said she had been paid to go to other states for such, I cannot remember which ones.
As at one point she had said she wanted canary diamond jewelry after I told her about some red diamond jewelry I had gotten for myself, I cannot recall why that particular discussion occurred or how the subject topic had begun. I know at some point after Cactus Jack had given me my prescription pills for the time dosage there was a discussion brought up with Jennifer in reference to firearms and gun safes, which I had been shown the Gamma III gun safe which I thought I had given to my ex-brother-in-law Tony Walker Nichols with the Baby Desert Eagle within looking back more recently. Though at the time admittedly that did not make sense and makes a bit more sense now as Cactus Jack knew of the medical after effects from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury in full detail, I had mailed out the safe to Jennifer without checking to see if there was anything inside of the Gamma III gun safe of which I had purchased for my dead-ex-husband as he did not want to listen to my warnings in reference to the firearms he had. As a side note though I have contacted the FBI in person when taking paperwork as well as books out to the local San Antonio branch office as well as the Carrollton Texas Police Department through a phone call when in San Antonio Texas about such, in reference to that timeframe and misunderstanding of the legalities in reference of firearms/gun safes/estate aspects as I am the only Executrix of.
I chose to give my ex-brother-in-law Tony Walker Nichols all of the gun safes and firearms from my dead-ex-husband because of his gun safety requirements, firearm training, relation to my dead-ex-husband, as well as to make things right in reference to my ex-father-in-law who in my opinion should have given such firearms to Tony instead. Grandpa Nichols was proud of me for making the choices I had in reference to the firearms which were passed down through generations in that side of the family of which Tony is supposed to give such to my son and my daughter, when the time is correct. Though the Baby Desert Eagle was not a part of the group of firearms which Grandpa Nichols had given to my dead-ex-husband because of the fact my dead-ex-husband had purchased the Baby Desert Eagle in the way and the manner which he had which caused several billing problems and situations for me to be able to take care of my son and my daughter in reference to groceries; I did not want to have that particular firearm in my house, whatsoever. Aside from the additional fact of which he overpaid for the Baby Desert Eagle and could have gotten a 50 caliber pistol instead for the price he paid for the Baby Desert Eagle, a few extra clips, several boxes of rounds, as well as a holster; at minimum I can chuckle and laugh at the fact a Marine outsmarted him; especially with the amount of content against Marines he particularly had as well as the problems he had of my appreciation for Marines.
In such after finding out about the situation, learning of the price of $1200 paid for the Baby Desert Eagle and dealing with the conversation associated with taking a stand for my son and my daughter, at minimum I can laugh at the fact of the truth in such regards. Since I was told there were several bells which rung when leaving that particular store, I did make a comment of which that sound had to cover up the laughter from that Marine for the situation in reference to the price paid for the Baby Desert Eagle; especially since I was told of going on and on about the Ranger aspect, which later I learned he had never been and only went to the school though did not make it to graduation.
Nonetheless in the reference aspect of sending the Gamma III gun safe to Florida using my credit or debit card to pay for the shipment through the USPS after my prescriptions were given to me and the Gamma III was shown to me in Carrollton Texas to Boca Raton Florida in either 2008 or 2009 through flat rate price, though I had forgotten about such then as well as after being in Florida during the summer time I find a bit of irony. If there had been a situation which hypothetically Jennifer had wanted to utilize the firearm when she contacted me to meet up out of the blue knowing I was in town at the time, I am glad I chose to respond to her text message with a no.
As it had been months since I had heard from her as well as the end of the relationship for quite some time with her childhood friend Cactus Jack and knowing how much he tried to convince me otherwise, the fact of the combined aspects if such to be accurate is quite a bit of a twist of irony. If hypothetically the two continued to conspire together as Cactus Jack knew I had not in the slightest wanted nor needed to be involved with him and was forced into that relationship though he wrongly did not want to let go of me, then such irony in reference to the aspects additionally of my Medal of Honor Art Project trips if there was any involvement with such in regards of stalking me across state lines hypothetically. If I am correct, that would be federal imprisonment time for both of them not only in reference to the attempt to use the firearm if such was the plan though also in reference to stalking across state lines and causing problems for my Medal of Honor Art Project. Hypothetically in such additional points if there was involvement to what occurred in reference to my daughter as well as my son in specific of the Fort Worth Zoo and then later in reference to how my son and I wound up outside of the state of Texas in Washington state, then if I am correct such is additional federal charges in regards of the fact my son was a minor at the time in such traveling in 2013 as he was 12 years old. Also if hypothetically correct in reference to my Medal of Honor Art Project trip in 2017 which the red Hyundai car would not get out of the way and the additional endangerment to my son who was still a minor at the age of 16 years oldthe portions of federal prosecution.
Not forgetting the aspects of the realities in reference to myself having been reborn in regards of the after effects from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury, in which I literally and figuratively had to be taught the names of colors as well as how to count. In turn such a reference could be made in regards of being medically disabled in reference to my diagnosis which in turn would mean I was around the age of 16 years old or 17 years old for that particular trip in regards of my Medal of Honor Art Project in Montana. Not forgetting the additional points in reference to being taken out of the state of Texas, then I would have technically been either 12 or 13 years old myself from waking up from the coma. If taking into consideration the fact of which I was on TDRL (Temporary Retirement Duty Leave) until 2004 and then not beginning the counting until then; hypothetically one could look at such points as being younger than my son and my daughter.
By those calculations then I could have been seen as 5 years old in 2009; been seen as 9 years old in 2013; and seen as 13 years old in 2017 if there is a federal lawyer who would look at such in that sort of way, in reference to the numbers. Then would such mean now in 2020, I would be considered as 16 years old? If such makes sense then how (sarcastically writing) big those individuals must be feeling at this point, in comparison to whatever age they are for such an age difference in years in reference to the mental development aspect. Correct? Biologically of course I am 38 years old, though if going from the 2000 or the 2004 timeframe depends upon which in reference to the aspects in regards of the aspects thereof.
What caused me to review such at this point? In all honesty as seen in the picture below the time of the day and year of 3 November 2020 in the bottom right corner compared to the update time for the technology aspects for the year of 2004, is what caused me to think of such. I had been told when I was a child growing up in New Jersey in reference to aspects of technology available to the general public of being a minimum of 20 years behind compared to what the government of the United States of America has, and in such one can see though I was laughed at when I was a child in New Jersey as well as laughed at after waking up from my coma in San Antonio Texas at Fort Sam Houston in Brooke Army Medical Center; I actually might have been quite accurate at the time.
The additional irony in reference to Cactus Jack preferring to play online and video games compared to the aspects of real life, as well as making fun of my statements/comments in reference to the technological aspects for the general public. Thus if you take into consideration radios used for wartime compared to the first cellphones used in the general public, as well as take into consideration simulators compared to video games and the time of releases; how old are such pieces in reality, compared to the release date to the general public for usage? Another reference in regards of military and law enforcement, how long have they and their vehicles had cameras on their uniforms as well as in their vehicles compared to people in the general public having the ability to purchase such? In reference to the modern cell phones with cameras in the phones, how long has the United States of America's government agencies as well as others had such capabilities in comparison to the general public being able to utilize? As satellites and cellphone towers have been around for awhile, how long have they been known to be in existence and by whom comparatively? I doubt I am the only one who noticed such as a child, or in current times.
Nonetheless in reference to my SCUBA Diving in 2009, I have quite a few points for ideas for various aspects. I suppose I can joke I needed to get to the bottom of the ocean next to the USS/USNS Vandenberg to see in person for myself, before going forward with such plans to be drawn up; though of course, not all of the plans to be drawn up. Safety, you know? I am kind of a big proponent for such, though I know I am not the only one.
