I am not a lawyer as I have not gone to a college which I earned my law degree, but I pose these questions for those who are in the legal field who could prosecute such crimes. If such is considered as viable questions for those with legal backgrounds to be able to consider the justice aspects for all of those involved in reference of what follows, would such be considered as a plausible idea? Similar to prior posts I have written if my assistance is required for such, please do contact me and inform me of how I can assist; however, I believe there are those who have much more intricate knowledge, understanding, and comprehension of the laws and would be able to do perfectly fine with my suggestions here. However if the need for my assistance would actually be needed, please do contact me for such. This is included for the legalities of this post, prior posts, and posts thereafter of my journal blog entry.
In reference to the ‘#151tittybabyroadwarriors’ or ‘#CactusJack’s AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr’s ‘#151roadwarriors’ #Fiesta #Texas in #SanAntonio and what is of the opinion which most legal scholars might have a difference of in regard to the term of “Double Jeopardy” I post this set of questions which could be considered as a legal basis to prevent the opposing legal team to try to claim the term of “#DoubleJeopardy”:
1). Since the terminology of “Double Jeopardy” refers to being charged with the exact same crime twice and though those of the ‘151roadwarriors’ had not been forced to be arrested but were asked by the #SanAntonioPolice Officers “who volunteers to be arrested” and there had only been a few people who volunteered; could the legal argument be since the San Antonio Police Department Officials who were there had asked instead of going through with a warrant for the arrest of the ‘151roadwarriors’ in full and only a few of the people had volunteered to be arrested; would such mean the interpretation is different in comparison to a warrant for arrest?
1A). Thus, would such be able to be interpreted for the legal prosecution the ability to arrest for other charges would be allowed because of the volunteering which would negate the term of “Double Jeopardy”, instead of the warranted arrest which is where the term “Double Jeopardy” refers to?
1B). Also because of only a few people having volunteered would such not also mean of the ability for everyone who was involved would be able to actually have warrants along with subpoenas, for such arrests in reference of ‘Cactus Jack’ AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr and the ‘151roadwarriors’?
2). Since the terminology for the definition of “Double Jeopardy” refers to being charged with the same crime twice and since the people of the event in regard to #MadMax movie at the #AlamoDrafthouse were not brought up on charges for the event planning as well as the actions themselves, would the combination again negate the defense of “Double Jeopardy” for such crimes in full in reference to the before, the during, and the after portions of the #FiestaSanAntonio and Mad Max movie combination?
2A). Thus would the terminology of “Double Jeopardy” be considered as irrelevant for the portions thereof in reference to the aspects of the arrests made of the one who volunteered to be arrested, because of the lack of consideration for such charges at the time of?
2B). If the concern of “Double Jeopardy” in reference to the San Antonio Police were a concern, would the #FBI and #HomelandSecurity be able to issue the charges for such if the concern were to be in reference to which the term of being charged with “#DoubleJeopardy” be considered as null-and-void because of being outside of the jurisdiction of the San Antonio Police because of the different departments of the entire city of San Antonio?
2C). I guesstimate only one jurisdiction of the city of San Antonio had been involved with the arrest of the volunteered people of the ‘151 Road Warriors’ and thus technically, would that mean all of the other jurisdictions of the city of San Antonio be able to be considered for the arresting factors because of the 1604 Loop?
2D). Would such completely negate the aspects of the term “Double Jeopardy” because of the various subsections for the areas of the city of San Antonio, while not forgetting the traveling areas of the different people going to be involved with the ‘151 Road Warriors’ event for the Mad Max movie during the week of Fiesta a in San Antonio Texas?
2E). Similar in reference of the #Sheriff departments, the #Constable departments, #BexarCounty departments, and the #Marshall departments?
2F). Would then the overall aspect of because of the amount of ground covered be considered for such as while one section of the San Antonio Police Department would possibly considered as unable to arrest the people who volunteered as well as the people who had gotten away at the time of, would all of the other surrounding areas along the pathway taken be able to be considered to file paperwork for the arrests of?
3). Not forgetting the airplanes which the Air Force (though not the only ones) from The United States of America’s Armed Forces fly each day, during training.
3Ai). Could due to the fact of ‘Cactus Jack’ AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr. complaining about the airplane noises be considered as the knowledge and acknowledgement of the San Antonio International Airport also be taken into consideration for such, in reference to terrorism on the domestic homeland of The United States of America?
3B). Thus would such be constituted not only as a declaration of war, but because of the association with ROTC and The United States of America’s Armed Forces in specific the Army branch but because of the various soldiers of all branches and divisions being stationed at Camp Bullis, #LacklanndAirForceBase, #RandolphAirForceBase, #KellyAirForceBase, and #FortSamHouston in the #JBSA; would such be considered as treason because of the aspects associated of as well as considered as domestic terrorism because of the timing which he began the planning was less than the 72 hours after his choice to leave the ROTC program and in reference to the #IRR?
3C). 3E). *** As a side note: I personally believe such could be tried as such as well as the UCMJ article of which states with the ability to prove such would in turn mean the punishment stated in the UCMJ for the treason charges, of death by firing squad. No, I do not refer to people being fired from their jobs in that reference, as a clarification. In a different side not but in reference to my Medal of Honor Art Project:
If necessary to open the seal to test the fingerprints as well as if the DNA evidence on the paper is required because of my not knowing of being stalked and harassed, I know exactly how to do so safely to ensure the work I had done was mine as well as to ensure those who wrongly got involved without my permission are caught. If they chose to complete their own rubbings wrongly as well as the commendation issue and there is concern about the spiritual ramifications, I know how to create a safe spiritual environment to open the seals of the wood safely without causing an repercussions of the spiritual nature for the prosecution of those ‘people’ AKA ‘cherubim ones’.
