I have written a few books of which the links to purchase are available on my website however I have a few questions in reference to if some people I once knew had contacted The United States of America's government after having found out or guessing or learning I had registered the books through The Library of Congress, and if those people had contacted lawyers to make FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) and FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests. Since I guesstimate in order to make a FISA and FOIA request there needs to be a legal basis for the inquiry and if the legal aspects brought to the attention of The United States of America's government for any FISA request, I pose these hypothetical points:
* If hypothetically such in regards to a (set of) FISA request(s) had been because of my choice to click all of the boxes on Amazon's website to maximize profits because my choice to want to make the aspects of what I experienced available to the world as to show my lack of biases and my comprehension there were others who had similar situations to mine in some way (admittedly and thankfully for them not all ways), and thus assist with better helping people around the world to show certain aspects are not limited and can assist to find a common ground to better work together between countries so the world can genuinely be a safer place and governments can better work with and understand The United States of America's political elected figures to assist procedures all across the board; I would like to be able to hope people who once knew me would know better, though I have a feeling that is wishful thinking on my part. If such occurred in regards to FISA, I hope my actions have proven equal to balance my words.
* If there was hypothetically a (set of) FOIA request(s) and the legal basis had been because of false claims against me and lies spread to The United States of America's government due to those people's personal opinions without any basis of proof but were using the government's resources to attempt to make situations worse for me (though there are plenty who I would guesstimate would agree, I have had more than my fair share of hardships in my life) and were trying to make my life even more difficult because of their own insecurities and ignoring the realities I had told them in person of what I was dealing with but instead their intent had been because of their lack of willingness to purchase the books and thus they spent more money through lawyers and their time to do such requests than to simply legally purchase the books I wrote to be spiteful to not pay for the books in attempts to show their their hatred of me. In turn did that hypothetical scenario make them feel better in their attempts to know and comprehend that truth of I am God by prophetic means and hypothetical circumstances, and thus did such make their egos feel better or worse?
* How do the lawyers, court officials, military members, elected officials, and law enforcement officials feel having been utilized for such because of those people's choices to take advantage of them and their legal obligations, because of whatever hypothetical excuses were given in reference to FISA/FOIA requests? (SIDE NOTE: Hopefully there was a little bit of good which came through the cracks to assist them whenever they figured out those people were lying to them as how they were able to remain calm and cool under that type of pressure, is beyond my understanding)
* If the people I once knew did not know I had sent all of my books to various businesses and media organizations to try to hypothetically get help for such after the FISA/FOIA requests were made, did they ever have any questions of which they had to testify in court about? Were they honest in their testimony and if they were not and had hypothetically lied to the court of which they testified whenever they did, what are the legal ramifications for lying when under oath?
* If the people I once knew who had hypothetically contacted lawyers, spent the money and the time on such endeavors, as well as having lied to the individuals within the court(s) of law; was it more or less expensive and time consuming to have simply told the truth or to have continued their lies to each of the officials they were in contact with? How much time, money, and resources of The United States of America's government did those people waste and abuse knowing better about the laws than I had understood at any point in time before now, or comprehend now?
* If those people had hypothetically banded together and included themselves with someone for such an example as "Cactus Jack" AKA Jeffrey Kuykendall Jr. and the "151 Road Warriors" does that in turn label those people as terrorists, and/or assisting terroristic behaiours on The United States of America's soil AKA The Homeland; because of what "Cactus Jack" had done during the Fiesta event in San Antonio Texas and they chose to interact with that person and organization by their own free will choice?
* If those people had hypothetically reached out to and/or contacted any of my ex or former relationships who had already moved on with their lives, after already having been a part of the problems my children and I were facing but had lied to the courts in reference to the FISA/FOIA requests; did they care more about their selfish desires or did they care about causing chaos to those people and their loved ones instead?
* With the amount of time and energy that they put into such hypothetically, where else could they had better put use of and why instead did they choose such; instead of better helping and/or better uses of their time and energy? Do they comprehend they cannot get back that time, nor being able to undo what they started? Do they comprehend if they hypothetically began an investigation through FISA/FOIA and they caused The United States of America's government to use time and resources and the government found evidences of abuses of power and wasting of resources the United States of America's government is legally obliged to follow through with such endeavors and thus, they made themselves the targets of investigation?
* If those people hypothetically had done such, could they have done better through helping my children and I instead of causing more problems for such? In turn also did those people think about how I had not put their names into the books but had outed themselves with their legal inquiries, and what are the repairs and remedies to repay for those choices?
* If hypothetically those people had not believed me when in person discussing various aspects of my life experiences and/or what I had been told and instead chose to cause more problems when I knew them before contacting legal authorities for FISA/FOIA courts, do those people understand at minimum there are judicial actions of which they are now subject to repaying to The United States of America's government as well as rectifying what was done wrongly to my children and I? If so, do those people realize the costs of purchasing the books would have cost them far less money?
* If my name(s) were slandered because of those people, what are the legal ramifications for their actions and choices? If such occurred hypothetically to the United States of America's government as well as businesses what are the ramifications to all involved, because of those people and their choices?
It is no secret of my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury during Basic Training at Fort Sill Oklahoma, the subarachnoid hemmorage, the coma of which I woke up from the coma at Fort Sam Houston in Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio Texas with headaches, migraines, memory deficits, cognitive disorders, and having gone from College Algebra with Trigonometry and Calculus to 2nd Grade Math; as I have written and/or discussed such once or twice, or maybe a few extra time hypothetically. Even though I have discussed such details many times over throughout the years of time since waking up from the coma from the head injury of Psalm Sunday in 2000, I have known many people who have not believed me when discussing such. Though some people believed me instantly there were more people who did not initially, who felt they had the right to test my head injury effects without having any legal rights to nor having any medical training through schools with which they earned a degree to practice any form of medicine. Many people ignored the fact of the amount of doctors I had appointments with when in the initial first five years immediately after my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury with The United States of America's Armed Forces branches of various doctors at Fort Sam Houston, Lackland Air Force Base, and Camp Bullis. Even more-so some of those same people ignored the amount of doctors of whom I had appointments with in the civilian sector for Social Security Disability and as well as the many appointments I had gone to in attempts to find a more holistic approach to medical care such as: acupuncture, acupressure, energetic healing, and etcetera in combination after the first three years after my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury.
Even still when attempting SCUBA Diving after finding the Israeli Medical Journal which had findings of which SCUBA Diving and the compression when descending and the release of certain aspects when ascending to assist people with headaches had been brought to their attention by me, they too ignored such information. Later in time some excuses that were given to me was they had not known anyone who had been so composed when speaking, and I explained the purposes of my tattoos and haircut/hair color, as usually I was at a location of which more than one tattoo was showing. Between the years of 2000 through 2007 I had gone to more than thirty doctor appointments at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, more than 70 appointments at Wilford Hall at Lackland Air Force Base, and more than 25 appointments at the medical areas at Camp Bullis. The amount of doctor appointments through SSI had been a minimum of 3-5 every five to six months for the first three years, the subsequent years after were either 6-8 months apart, before being yearly checkups, to then random paperwork because of the lack of need to waste the time of anyone because the combination of doctor appointments between the military branches of The United States of America's Armed Forces with the civilian sector had proven to all of those medical professionals who actually went through medical training and studies of the magnitutde of my medical conditions in regards to the after effects from the head injury on Psalm Sunday in 2000.
Thus not only were those people's choices to test my medical issues illegal because of not having a degree in medicine nor a license to practice medicine but also at minimum, none of them were ordained through any religious organization to attempt such in a different way. Thus multiple aspects of their choices to break various laws throughout the state of Texas and if they chose to go to Washington state, the same aspects of breaking the laws in there; as well as if they had followed me to attempt to prove their lies in any areas of my Medal of Honor Art Project. If they had chosen to go through the Medical Marijuana aspects and they chose to change the medicine I ordered, they were not licensed to practice such medicine even if they had a business license as the two are completely separate from one another and to dispense MMJ is a different license than the licenses required for a medical professional to give the MMJ license to the patient.
As it is known the patient knows better of what will work for them in regards to MMJ and thus if the people I once knew chose to change what was ordered, they did not have a license to practice their theories on me; after crossing over state lines to Washington state. Again if they had worked with a dispensary and/or a business of MMJ, that did not give them the legal right to change any of the ordered medication; as even car dealerships have laws against "Bait and Switch" as well as "Lemon Laws". However if such hypothetically occurred to me what they did not know is of what I can do with energy and what I can do with plants, which would make their attempts null and void; with the exception of if adding more CBD to the mixture and the adverse reactions which would occur to the world for what would have to be done to regulate myself would be a major problem of which those people would have to deal with the ramifications of such beyond just the initial illegalities of not having a medical license to do such as well as lying to The United States of America's government.
In turn I have some hypothetical questions for such if certain aspects were to have occurred as well as some suggestions if there is no legal precedent for such, to give a few ideas to the law makers of The United States of America; who obviously know far better how to write laws to assist with such.
* If such occurred and my pain levels were made to be worse for what I already deal with (for example where I once was able to tolerate the hair on the side of my head touching my ears but now since I have to get that area waxed because of what occurred in Washington state as well as taking into account the altitude changes); what would be the legal ramifications of such?
* If such occurred and the medication I had purchased had been tampered with as well as the medication I had been prescribed through doctors if I had to hypothetically work with the energies to make better for myself to better tolerate the areas and locations I was in, what are the ramifications of such for me?
* If such occurred and the ways I had to unknowingly prove myself to be innocent because of unknowingly being targeted even further and the aspects had caused damage and/or harm further to my son and my daughter, what are the ramifications for them?
* If such occurred and my Medal of Honor Art Project was caused problems because of those people and in turn the cities and states of the Medal of Honor recipients were caused harm as well as the cemeteries of, what are the ramifications for those?
* If such occurred how much longer until justice truthfully happens for them, and I?
Though before I had set up the books to have donation aspects to assist where possible today 17 December 2019 I will be amending my website as if such had occurred because of others, the profits are to be mine. Though such had been available to assist I have a feeling from the time of the first registration through The Library of Congress in November 2014 for my first book up through to my last book I had published as well as all of the donations I made over the years from the beginning of such, maybe that has been enough. As my Medal of Honor Art Project began officially in August 2014 even though I had come up with the idea when going through Confirmation Class in 1994-1995 at Old Tenant Presbyterian Church for the time when I would have retired from after becoming the first female Command Sergeant Major of The United States of America's Armed Forces has gone as it has, I believe maybe I have done enough to have proven myself as well as earned a bit more than I had given myself credit for. Though I do hope my intentions to help and not hinder were seen and understood and comprehended, despite my issues from my Psalm Sunday 2000 head injury. I do truly hope justice occurs swiftly in all ways, to assist me to be better sooner and quicker and fuller.
